The fear before a challenge is often worse than the challenge itself.
Here's another one that I can relate to. I'm getting better at ignoring it, but I have learned about myself that I use the fear of not being able to do something and how I would let it make me feel about myself to stop me from trying in the first place, and then using all kinds of reasonable-sounding explanations to "justify" my not beginning whatever it is I've decided to be afraid of. Whew! Talk about a compound/complex sentance! Gratefully, though, I have come to understand how that has worked to stop me from doing some things and that the fear of failure is the clue telling me to bite the bullet, give it a try, and use the data that emerges to tell me whether a fear was actually reasonable or not. Hope that made sense!

@Whitney Wisner My pleasure,
HAPPY SUNDAY!
I hope we all have a great day today, whether it be working on our projects here, relaxing or having fun with family and friends, engaging in any spiritual activities of choice, or simply reflecting on our lives. And of course, there's always Netflix! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 So, be well, everyone!

@Whitney Wisner You, too. Thanks,
Great Word of the Day: RESILIENCE
R.E.S.I.L.I.E.N.C.E. (Rising Every Single Instance Life Is Extremely Nasty, Cruel, Empty) Resilience is the superpower of the human spirit. It's not the absence of adversity, but the refusal to be defined by it. It’s the remarkable, God-given ability to get knocked down by the storms of life, to face failure, heartbreak and disappointment—and not only get back up, but get back up stronger, wiser, greater and more determined than before. 💪 Resilience is the spiritual and mental muscle that allows you to bend without breaking, to absorb the shock of a setback and to bounce back with renewed purpose and vigor. Think of the mighty oak tree.🌳 It doesn't grow strong in a sheltered greenhouse; it grows strong by enduring countless storms, its roots digging deeper with every gust of wind. Your resilience is your root system. It is forged in the winds of your challenges - Heaven knows I have a bunch of those. Every obstacle you overcome, every failure you learn from and every moment you choose faith over fear, you are deepening your roots. You're building the inner fortitude/strength that will keep you standing when others fall. Embrace your scars. They are NOT signs of weakness, but trophies of the battles you've survived. 🏆 They are a testament to your strength and a reminder that you have a 100% track record of making it through tough days. When you find yourself in a valley, don't "set up camp." Acknowledge the pain, learn the lesson the valley is there to teach you and start climbing out. Your comeback is always greater than your setback. Activate your resilience today. Not only are you much more resilient than you know, but you are much greater than you know. To OUR Greatness, 🤝 Nate the Great! 💪

Brilliant, @Nathaniel White !!!
Stop waiting for the “perfect time”… it doesn’t exist.
You will never be fully ready. You will never have all the answers. You will never feel 100% confident. But here’s the truth: clarity comes from action, not from waiting. Every successful person you admire started unprepared but started anyway. That business idea? Start. That skill you want to learn? Start. That dream you keep postponing? Start. Because the longer you wait for “ready,” the further you push success away. Remember: You don’t need to be ready. You just need to begin.
Stop waiting for the “perfect time”… it doesn’t exist.
