Hello, everyone. My legal name is Linda Koester; however, I prefer to go by my parents' given name, Aieling. There is a long story behind my name. My business is Triumph Accounting & Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC, and our guiding principle is "Make it Right from the Start." We provide comprehensive solutions to create, improve, or rebuild small business accounting systems. We aim to establish an accurate and reliable systematic bookkeeping and accounting process to keep your business's financial transactions in order. So, business owners always have an accurate picture of their company's finances anytime and empower them to make informed decisions tailored to their business needs and specific goals. Our services allow business owners to focus on what they are most passionate about, knowing that their financial matters are in capable hands. My ultimate goals revolve around personal and business growth by providing an opportunity to add value to myself and others. On an individual level, I am eager to learn and grow. I strive to renew my mind daily, actively seeking opportunities to gain new knowledge, wisdom, and enhance new skills. I am particularly interested in learning from individuals with entrepreneurial and leadership mindsets, as the power of continuous learning and personal development will impact not just you as a person but also your driven purpose in your life. In my business endeavors, I am all about pushing for growth and fostering innovation within my company. I'm passionate about making a tangible difference for other business owners by adding significant value, providing solutions through my knowledge, education, and experience, especially in managing their bookkeeping systems and business finances, which are often overlooked by many business owners. I firmly believe that understanding your business numbers is the key to knowing your business, and I am dedicated to helping business owners it is crucial to realize this. Within this networking community, I hope to support each other, establish new connections, and expand our networks. I also look forward to referring potential clients to other businesses as I believe in the power of collaboration and mutual growth.

@David Wachtel Congratulations on the launch!
What are 3 words of advice you’d tell your younger self?
I’d say… “Ask For Help.” I’ve embodied the black sheep energy, isolating, and doing it lone wolf style for far too long. Even just the energy of being in a group like Oregon Entrepreneurs is tremendously helpful for increasing my focus, considering fresh perspectives, and building momentum. “The strength of the wolf is the pack” 🐺 What would your advice be to your younger self?

1. Learn to know who you are and the reason you were born. 2. Accept your authenticity, don't give too much attention to what others think about you, especially if they don't truly know you. 3. Don't be afraid to set boundaries with people who are manipulative and don't add value to your life.

@Theresa Treadway About a years ago I found a great book called "Boundaries" by Dr. Henry Cloud. I wish I had read it earlier to avoid the misery in my past.

Are any of you planning to come to The Women's Expo this weekend? Curious to know if anybody else in this group will be attending, it has been a great networking opportunity for me in the past! https://bendwomensexpo.com

@Theresa Treadway You are on point. Most people only see the outward result; they tend not to see the process, the hard work, the sacrifice that required to achieve that result. They fail to recognize the challenges that successful people overcame. They don't see how many times those individuals fell but kept getting back up.

@Dan Koffel Yes, strategy is important. A quote from John Maxwell's leadership book says, "Most people do not plan to fail; they fail to plan."
