@Ahmed Farrag I need to ask about this not surre if you do have to pay taxes but I want to know if its okay to do it or do I need to do something differently
Important question
Hey quick question I signed a non resident LLC in Florida USA and I work with German and European customers as a freelancer and I want them to pay me directly to my business account on mercury or wise. My question is do I have to sign with them a contract first in the name of the LLC and make them then transfer as if they were my customers or is it okay if they transfer it without any contracts just transfering directly to the business account. Do I need to take anything into consideration do I have to have working agreements or conracts when filling any IRS forms or is there no problem at all. Because I havent told my clients that I am an agency in the US they think they work with an Individual person as a freelancer and I am afraid to tell them that they have to sign an agreement and they back out especially since germans don’t trust outside agencys or payments.
