How I get 6 ad creatives out of one client brief
Hey scaling Kings. I’ve been struggling to keep up with creative for every client, and I’ve seen a few people here stuck on only using one ad framework, so I know I’m not the only one. I built a simple system for this (screenshot below): 1. One brief per client: offer, who it’s for, top objection, best review, a proof number, scarcity, and a before/after. 2. Turn the brief into one hook per angle: pain-agitate-solve, proof, new number, scarcity, objection buster, before/after. That’s 6 hooks. 3. Each hook gets a 3-shot list, so the client or you films everything in one session. 4. Same file naming every time: Client_Angle_Hook#_Version. You always know which angle is winning. 5. Launch 3 at a time, keep the winner, replace the other 2 from the list. No more staring at a blank page every time a client needs fresh creative. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps 🙏 If you want to try it without building anything, here’s the prompt I started with. Paste it into ChatGPT with your client’s details: "I run ads for a [type of business]. Here’s their brief: Offer: [offer] Who it’s for: [audience] Main problem: [problem] Top objection: [objection] Best review: [review + name] Proof number: [e.g. jobs done last year] Scarcity: [limited slots/season] Before/after: [before] → [after] Write 6 ad hooks, one for each angle: pain-agitate-solve, proof, new number, scarcity, objection buster, before/after. Each hook under 20 words. For each hook, add a 3-shot list I can film with a phone in one session."

Clarifying what a contractor means by ready
The lead-form wording discussion caught my attention because I’ve spent over 20 years in contracting and now work in sales. “Ready to start” could mean ready to talk, ready for an estimate, or ready for someone to show up with tools. Those are different conversations. I’m interested in how you make the expectation clear before the first call without turning a simple form into an interrogation. Which question best helps you understand what the customer expects to happen next?

I’d ask about the next step directly @Glen Hutsell “What would help most right now? A rough price range / an on-site estimate / just exploring ideas.” The customer tells you their expectation in their own words, and you can route each answer to a different follow-up instead of treating every lead the same.
Outreach after the latest RBA rate hike?
For anyone doing cold outreach in Australia are you changing anything after the latest RBA increase? I’m mainly targeting real estate agents & agencies and wondering if owners are will become more cautious with spending or harder to close right now. I was planning to increase my outreach as from this week but now I'm unsure what to do. Would you just keep pushing as normal?

Just keep the volume and change the message. In a slower market agents need listings more than ever, so lead with seller leads and fast follow-up on every enquiry. Same outreach, more relevant pitch.

Congrats @Zachary Collins, 13k to 40k in a few months is insane! Curious how you handled delivery while scaling that fast. Did you hire, or build systems to keep up with all the new clients?
10k what'sapp contacts
Hello fellas, got a new client with 10k wa contacts (current & old clients), wanna do something with it on ghl, never bulk sent with what's app wondering if anybody has any experience with it and could advise. Glad to be here.

Thure’s @Thure Sander right about the regular app getting banned. For 10k contacts I’d look at the official WhatsApp Business API instead (GHL has a WhatsApp integration that runs on it). @Be Boga You send approved templates, pay a small fee per conversation, and your daily limit grows as long as people aren’t blocking you. I’d start with the most recent clients, send a simple “still interested in X?” message, and only keep messaging the people who reply. Good engagement early is what unlocks higher limits.

@Be Boga Wa iyyak brother🫶Yes, hundreds a day is realistic. New accounts usually start with a limit of a few hundred conversations a day, and it goes up to 1,000+ once Meta verifies the business and your messages keep a good quality rating (not many blocks or reports). So with 10k contacts, I’d split them into batches, warmest first, and let the limit grow as you go. Best of luuuck
