I'm back to training and dieting after a couple months of break, any advice on picking up the pace again?
Hi everyone! As the title says I'm now starting to train and diet after a break, and I gotta say it's been harder than I expected. On the training side - I want to go back to the loads and volume I was doing before, but my movements are sluggish and I'm lacking the strength I had, which is natural of course, but what are some ways to get back to where I left off? Should I start with less but more intense sets to try and stimulate my strength back to where it was and increase the volume over time? On the diet side - I've rarely struggled to start a cut, and didn't have much trouble mantainging them either, but for some reason now I'm finding it incredibly hard. I'm a male, 24, 175 cm, at around 90KG at the moment, I was doing maintenance at 2300 calories when I was training and at around 86, so I wanted to start with that which would be a relatively small cut from where I am now, but for some reason, I did that for 2 weeks around 20 days ago and it was extremely hard. I was feeling hunger quite often no matter what I did. Any tips on all of this?

THIS Is Why I've Been So Quiet...!🫣🤩
Hey everyone! After having launched this community for 7 months now, I've identified a very clear problem. 🤓 Despite having access to: - 8-minute workouts - Instrument-Specific - You can do at home - Beginner friendly - No fancy equipment ...most of you still couldn't stick to it, not even for 21 days, let alone in the long run. And that really got me thinking in the last month on how I could solve this! 🤔 Because let’s be honest: you’ve done the first workouts. But by the second week, life got in the way… and you stopped. Not because you didn’t care. Not because you’re lazy. But because you’re still seeing training and music practice as two separate things. That’s the mistake! 💥 And it's exactly to help you fix it that I’m hosting a free live workshop, right here inside the community! 🗓️ Date: Sunday, April 27th 🕗 Time: 8PM CEST / 7PM WEST So, if you’ve tried the 21-Day Mini-Workout Challenge and struggled to stay consistent… This is for YOU! ✅ You’ll learn how to blend your workouts into your instrument routine ✅ You’ll learn why motivation and time aren’t the problem ✅ You’ll walk away with a strategy to make consistency feel natural, just like your music practice ⚠️ The workshop is free, but spots are limited. 👉 Comment “WORKSHOP” below to secure your seat. Let’s make this the moment training finally clicks for you. See you there! — Manuel

Workshop. I'm pretty decent at managing the workouts at this point, but there's always something you can optimize, also it's nice to know what singer specific exercises might complement my training well!!
