@Amy E Sparks heyy, how’s your day going so far?
Are you using LinkedIn newsletter analytics properly?
If you’re publishing a LinkedIn newsletter to build visibility for your business, it’s worth paying closer attention to the analytics than most people do. A lot of people look at views, maybe glance at the open rate, and move on. But if you’re a midlife woman building authority around your expertise, those numbers can tell you much more than whether people clicked. They can help you see: - Which topics are actually landing - What is building trust - What your audience wants more of - Where your content strategy needs adjusting I’ve shared a short edited clip below from a longer YouTube video where I walk through LinkedIn’s updated newsletter analytics and explain what I’d actually pay attention to from a business perspective. Not just “what does this dashboard do?” But “what are these numbers telling you, and what should you do next?” If you want the full breakdown, let me know in the comments happy to share it if relevant I’d love to know, are you using your LinkedIn newsletter analytics strategically yet, or mostly just checking views? Chelena 🖤

@Chelena Peart okay, added to my list! Have you used Substack? Wandering how the editors compare. If you haven’t, I am sure I will get my answer when I get to that task. Thank you and Thank you @Lara Knutzen for also answering 💛

I just looked at your LinkedIn newsletters and I would say the editors are pretty much the same. Substack has buttons/audio/video/image/gallery embeds everything else is basic markdown formatting. It’s also RSS based so you can send the content anywhere like podcast platforms. Oooh and video articles & livestreams get added to Substack TV app. I was thinking LinkedIn would be like a newspaper layout for some reason so I could use one newsletter for the whole ecosystem but alas I will have to come up with a plan 🤔
I'm stirring the pot on Skoolers
What do you think of a 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 so you can see all the events in every community you are a member in one place? - now you can use 𝗕𝗢𝗟𝗗 font in your posts and comments - see all your membership calendars with events - voice text in the chat!! - get the Skool cat anytime - see unread messages in the community thread - and a bunch more things... We shouldn't think of this as competition. We all want more members in our calls. Therefore, I recommend you also recommend this extension to your members. The extension also offers some additional features (bookmarks, focus mode, stats, etc.). Check it out here skool-extensions.com Will you use it?

Commenting vs Posting
Be honest — do you spend more time posting or commenting inside communities? And which one has actually built you more real connections?

I do both depending on the community, I find for me commenting builds more connections overall and responding to other comments that resonate.
