Michael helps people reconnect with their bodies and find long-term relief from pain and tension using simple movements that give immediate feedback. No complicated routines. No intense stretching. Just small, intelligent movements that help your body reset. During this session, Michael will guide us through a 20-minute daily practice that weaves together breathwork, movement, and meditation.
