First Challenge 🦄 Favorite color? Gold 🌈 Favorite Pokémon? Pikachu 🐛 Ur current Skool challenge? Scaling what we’ve built without losing the culture My name is Andrew but many of the Squad refer to me as Jules. I show up as me. No avatar, No AI. No hiding. No shortcuts. What you see is what you get. My Skool community is Growth Squad Heroes. In a nutshell, we help our heroes build real leadership, real income, and real communities through personal development, business, and smart affiliate strategy without gimmicks, without hype, and without burnout. This isn’t just a community. It’s a squad. It’s a tribe. We move together and we decide together. We built this from zero. Fully organic. No paid ads. No YouTube funnel. No fake numbers. Just consistency, systems, and squad supporting squad. In the original build, we climbed to Page 2 on Skool Discovery and hit Rank 55. Engagement wasn’t accidental it was engineered through our own frameworks: gamification, Squad Games, “Flame to Your Name,” challenges, and daily interaction. What we teach works. One of my clients implemented the exact structure, pricing, early-bird strategy, and community mechanics we use and hit Top 1% Builder in 45 days and $60,000 in 60 days. That didn’t come from luck. That came from the system. And while we hit Page 2 in Growth Squad Heroes (Client community) at Rank 55, one of our own heroes did something powerful at the same time. A squad member who was watching, learning, and applying what I was teaching hit Page 1 in just 3 weeks and became a Top 1% community builder. That tells you everything you need to know. The formula works, and the squad knows how to execute. For clarity, the previous community I was building in was a client project. After we went our separate ways, I started a new community under my own banner called Skool With Jules. Growth was immediate. But the tribe spoke. We held a vote, and the clear majority asked for the original name to return. So the brand came back Growth Squad Heroes not because of ego, but because the heroes chose it.
