Since I signed up for this Summit...
Are you on the fence about speaking at a future summit? You want to, but don't feel like you're ready? That was me. When I said YES to this summit I didn’t fully know how my talk would come together. With only an idea of what I'd talk about (Feel Safe Being Seen) - No prepared talk in my back pocket - A very young Skool community - A recent pivot that hasn't been offered yet - I still said YES. It took me days (weeks?) to complete the application Because I didn't know the title of my talk I submitted only a brief description. And got the 👍 So, here I am. With just 2 days to GO time... And a few insights from my journey that may help you on yours...👇 👉Start getting ready NOW The hardest pill to swallow is missing an opportunity because you weren't ready. Even worse, you let this get in the way: hesitation overthinking perfectionism fear of criticism or rejection worry you won't ______ 👉 JUST DO IT. (FYI, this is the entire focus of my talk - helping you deal with the fear of being seen, so plug in and watch when the summit opens👀) If the summit feels aligned (like this one did) If the summit group leader rocks (like @Brenda Rigney ) If you're ready for visibility expansion (anyone?🙋‍♀️) Saying yes to this summit before I felt ready forced me to: - Get clear on my message - Refine my framework - Commit to being visible.... even if I wasn't ready - And actually live what I teach Because let’s be real… Growth brings pressure. Visibility brings exposure. And your nervous system will try to protect you. 👉 Learn how to stay in it. Not just when it’s exciting —but when it’s quiet, uncertain, or uncomfortable. That’s what I’ll be sharing in my session: how to build visibility that’s sustainable — not performative. If you’ve ever: - Started strong and then disappeared - Felt the pressure of being seen - Or struggled to stay consistent even when you care deeply This conversation is for you. I've got some great swag to not just reinforce my talking points...

I made a thing! Filterable Talk Finder
50+ talks. One brain. Zero time to waste. 😜 So I made a thing for myself, and wanted to share it with you! It's a filterable Talk Finder for the entire Built to Be Seen Summit lineup that lets you filter by theme and by what you actually want to accomplish right now. Want to stop burning out? There's a filter for that. Trying to grow your Skool community? Filter for that too. You can even stack them together or search by speaker name. Here's the link: Built to Be Seen 2026 Talk Finder (My talk, The 3-Hour Skool Week, is in the mix too, live March 31 at 1PM ET or replay after!)

Thank you ! Good to have
One pattern I keep seeing with new Skool community owners…
They start to think something is wrong when things feel quiet. They’re posting. They’re showing up. They’re trying to engage people… And still—very little is happening. From the outside, it looks like a content or engagement issue. But after watching this happen over and over again, I’ve realized: 👉 It’s usually not a content problem 👉 It’s not that they’re doing it wrong It’s a numbers problem. Because most communities don’t really come alive until they hit around 300–400 members. Before that, there just isn’t enough activity to create momentum. But once they cross that line, something shifts: Conversations start happening more naturally. Members begin helping each other. The energy changes—and it becomes self-sustaining. What looked “broken” suddenly starts working. So if you’re in that early stage and things feel slow… There’s a good chance you don’t need a new strategy. You just need more people in the room.

Thanks for this .. it seems more difficult to keep people engaged
Building online is exposing more than I expected (My Me Post)
I thought building online would mainly test my strategy. What I did not expect was how much it would test my voice, my confidence, and my comfort with being seen. It is one thing to have ideas. It is another to say them clearly. To show up consistently. To get on camera or speak up before you feel fully ready. To keep going while you are still figuring out your style, your message, and your edge. Sometimes the real challenge is becoming visible enough, clear enough, and confident enough to let people actually know who you are. What part of growing online has stretched you the most? And what has helped you improve?
