Breathe before you react.
Most people do not need more pressure. They need more control. One of the fastest ways to reset your mind and body is to slow your breathing down. When you breathe properly, you create space. Space to think Space to calm down. Space to respond instead of react. That is why breathing matters in the I AM Method 84. It is not just about air It is about regulation. It is about awareness. It is about taking your power back in the moment. So today, pause for a minute. Breathe in slowly. Breathe out slowly. Let your body settle. Let your mind come back to now. Day 28: Integrating my Vision
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝMy 90 day Vision: Strengthened systems and structures to reinforce and support my new identity. Daily focus on strengthening and solidifying my mindset and new identity. My vision for the next 90 days is, Health: Stronger, leaner and in the best shape of my life to raise my goals.Mental clarity and reduce stress levels. Career: Improve my skills and build my team to become a team of excellence. Become a certified NLP Life coach. Finances: Create strong a strong positive emergency fund with at 2 months of net income. Remove wasteful expenditure and become a better steward of my finances. Relationships: Open communication in my marriage, filled with compassion, love, joy. Deeper connections with my people. More meaningful interactions. Personal growth: Be more organised and structured in my daily life. Continue to create an environment that helps me maintain a strong positive abundance mindset. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝMy Top Priorities: Health: Body is stronger and healthier than ever to focus on and realise my vision Career: Improving my skills of the trade so I am the best I can be. Finances: Be a good steward of money by removing wasteful expenditure Relationships: I have more meaningful interactions with those closest to me Personal Growth: I AM becoming a Certified NLP Life Coach that has real impact on peopleโ€™s lives My Daily Actions: Success is built on every decision I make and intentional action I take consistently, everydayโ€ฆ Train and exercise my body Learn and read to sharpen my skills Review and track my finances Check in with family and friends Work towards my NLP Life coaching certification ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝWhen Iโ€™ll Do Them: Health - I will do this in the morning before work Career - I will do this in the evening after spending time with the family Finances - I will do this in the middle of the work. Relationships - I will check in with the family after the work day Personal Growth: I will do this in the morning before training. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸฝMy Commitment: I commit to be consistent in my actions everyday. I AM aware of my self talk and old patterns of distraction and overthinking. I build systems and structure as tools to help me execute the actions that drive me towards my goals. I reflect daily on where I am, what worked and what didnโ€™t. I AM in control of my thoughts and emotions.

My 90-Day Vision: To become a healthier, more disciplined, emotionally intelligent, spiritually grounded, and financially empowered woman. I will complete my Certification, confidently charge for my services, grow my businesses, strengthen my relationships through healthy boundaries, and continue living in alignment with my new identity and standards. My Top Priorities: Health, Career & Business, Finances, Personal Growth, Family & Friends. My Daily Actions: *Exercise and make healthier food choices *Study and complete work toward my Certification *Take at least one action daily to market and grow my businesses *Practice my new responses, emotional control, and self-discipline *Spend time in prayer, reflection, and personal development *Maintain healthy boundaries and communicate honestly My Commitment: For the next 90 days, I will remain focused on my priorities, follow my daily structure, take consistent action, and trust the process. I will not allow fear, overthinking, procrastination, or temporary emotions to distract me from the vision I have for my life. My Identity: I am someone who is disciplined, intentional, self-aware, emotionally intelligent, spiritually grounded, and committed to growth. I follow through on my commitments, take responsibility for my life, and consistently act in alignment with the woman I am becoming. Today I proved: I am someone who commits and follows through because I have taken the time to gain clarity on what I want, who I need to be, and the actions required to get there. My vision, identity, and daily actions are now aligned, and I am committed to becoming the woman I say I am.
