Guys. Listen. I've been realizing something I want to share that I think is really important for every one of us. Initially, I thought that ruthlessness in advertising was the key to growth. I have learned that not only is this disrespectful to people just like you and me growing our communities, but I have also learned that it doesn't even really add to the acceleration of growth. You know what does? Community building. I can not only no longer recommend the ruthless aspect of the prior playbook, but I am advising fully against it. The way we have grown the most is through all of the other aspects I have shared time and again with each of you. It's about showing up for one another, being consistent as a community owner and having loads of fun together. There is literally no reason to break the rules here. The system works. This is why I have taken down the old playbook and replaced it with much more and better content and guidance from my experience. I always want to offer you the best of me and to do that sometimes the best thing I can do is change for the better right in front of your eyes. Thank you for helping me see the best path forward. I believe in you and in what we are all doing here. Let's do it right and be proud of all of our accomplishments! Relentless effort and no regrets!! Love you all!
