Land in 77301
Got 4.5 acres in 77301 Commercial use Askikg -$595 k 1/2 acre in 500 year flood zone A broker friend beought the deal . Utility and sewer in front of the property Duplexes can be built 25-30 duplexes can be build Checking with Juan - I can take an acre or so but 4.5 might be a lot for me Checking if seller can finance it to me long term and keep getting a monthly check - in which case will negotiate and take it all . If Juan says it’s a good land , then later may decide to sell some land @ retail and slowly pay the seller off. Let’s wait for Juan’s comment what he suggests

Amazing video buddy You got lot going on today Tomorrow will be a better day . Windows - you can reuse in another property . May need to cover it up and then put siding . I am guessing another $1500 . Cameras they charge $395 unless you have a special rate We need to be always vigilant at all times . Integrity is key in this business . It’s your concrete guys loss to lose you
