Where are you struggling?
2026 is here! I Hope everyone had a great 2025. I know i did, we crushed out goals in revenue by more than I predicted. I have so much more i want for my mobile repair in 2026. So it'a time to really buckel down and grow even more this year. So this leads to me you all. What is you biggest issue with your company right now? What do you need help with? give me some topics that would be beneficial for you in 2026.

Joining this community last year made a huge difference in how I book appointments and charge for parts and labor. My business is growing, and I'm attracting the quality customers I want while turning away those who are always looking for a discount. @Ben Dellaria , I asked last year how we deal with customers who refuse to pay or delay payment after a job is done.
Happy New Year & Questions down below wanting feedback
Hope everyone has a great new years be safe and enjoy family and friends. Side note i mentioned some changed in the group come Christmas. Well I'm a bit behind. I remade the classroom videos for the new to business owners. I have 2 or 3 ideas for the more advanced business owners looking to understand the back side of the company. I'm hoping to have this done by next week since that's when i go back out in the field. So continue to bare with me. I'm goin to take poll here as well. Obviously I'm looking to start paid coaching if people want it to understand how to properly run a mobile company. To generate more revenue and profit Option 1: Workbook style in pdf form. Think of Dave Ramsey financial peace university. Basically a workbook to follow along with classroom videos on certain subjects of business. Example is Profit margins, parts margins, labor margins, sales calls, how to sell and talk to customers, QuickBooks P&L statements, Etc. Option 2: Live group coaching webinars monthly live group calls for paid members only i discuss the subject at hand Example is Profit margins, parts margins, labor margins, sales calls, how to sell and talk to customers, QuickBooks P&L statements, Etc. and can take questions per individual in a controlled area unlike the typical skool calls where everyone gets to talk and can be heard. Option 3: Quarterly live Weekend webinars Longer more in depth more subjects but less frequent but more cost. Let me know some feedback in comments. Thanks everyone for just being here!!! Happy new year from 3T's Mobile mechanic Ben & Jena

I also have a question, and I don't know if I should put it here or make a different post. The question is: I worked for a Georgian customer who had just arrived in the country and only used a translator. The translator was the one who called me to discuss the price and appointment. Upon arriving, I let him know, and as I usually do after talking on the phone, I recapped what we discussed and confirmed the price again before starting work. I bought parts with my own money and completed the job. When it was time to pay, he kept telling me to wait. I was confused and tried to reach out to the translator to ask why payment was delayed since the work was done. He told me the new Georgian man would pay. I told him I didn't understand why he was telling me to wait when I should be paid and moving on to the next job. I was pissed off because I couldn't take the parts off again. He ended up paying after a long discussion with the translator. My question is, what's the best decision to make when customers don't want to pay or cause delays, like me waiting for two hours before getting paid?
My apologies
Hey everyone I’m sorry not been to involved lately been slammed with relocating and getting setup in the north. Hope everyone is doing alright and good!! Do got a question for my northern people what should I put down under cars in the cold and snow and how to keep myself protected from the cold. Been a long 5 years since done work in the cold.

If I may ask, what degree is the weather that you are able to work in? Because right here it's -18, and I've been turning down outside jobs.
