So I need help to understand how to solve this problem because I’m not very familiar with it and the explanation for it on the website is hard to understand 😭.

Basically, you want to start off by breaking up the shapes into the perimeter. Top side = triangle base. Bottom side = two triangle bases, and each side is one base. This means 20 cm = 5 base lengths so each base is 4 cm. a triangles area is 1/2 bh but u dont have the height so u have to find it using pythagorean theorem so break it into a right triangle so at the bottom its equal to 2 and the slant is equal to 4 so the height = sqrt(16-4) so sqrt 12 so then plug that into triangle area formula (1/2bh) so 1/2*4*sqrt12 is equal to one triangle but theres two triangles so the answer would be 4 (sqrt 12) so sqrt 12 = sqrt4 * sqrt3 so sqrt 4 = 2 so u can take it out so it would be 2* 4 which equals 8 so it would be eight sqrt of three

Ive hit 1580 twice and 1590 once on practice tests what now?
My goal is a 1560+ on august SAT. I have extra time for each module, and I have maximized my timing. What's next? I've already practiced vocabulary.

Daily SAT Question 8/14
alright screw it. i'm bringing back the daily SAT questions. they're fun, educational, and free. let's do today's: In 2018, a nationwide “Pizza Topping Census” conducted by Dr. Lila Gomez reported that pineapple was present on 26% of pizzas surveyed, nearly triple the percentage reported in Chef Marco Rossi’s 2008 “National Pizza Preferences” study. This difference is only partly attributable to the introduction of new pizza chains in the interim that specialize in unusual toppings. Another factor is that the classification of “pineapple presence” can be tricky: diced pineapple, pineapple-infused sauce, and decorative pineapple garnish can all be interpreted differently by researchers. Rossi’s study counted only pizzas with visible pineapple chunks, whereas Gomez’s team also counted pizzas with pineapple flavoring or sauce as having pineapple. Such definitional differences can significantly affect results. Interestingly, both studies reported nearly identical percentages for pepperoni, mushroom, and olive toppings, suggesting that _____ Which choice most logically completes the text? A) Gomez’s higher pineapple percentage was largely due to her inclusion of pineapple-infused sauces and garnishes that Rossi’s study did not classify as pineapple. B) Rossi may have underestimated the number of pepperoni pizzas due to inconsistent definitions of what qualified as pepperoni. C) Some differences in pineapple preparation methods may have been ignored by Rossi but considered qualifying by Gomez, leading to a higher reported percentage in her study. D) The absence of clear guidelines for identifying mushrooms may have caused Gomez’s study to undercount pizzas with mushroom toppings.

@John Hoegerl It can't be C because it doesn't talk about preparation methods in the passage. The passage does discuss the form of the pineapples (chunks vs sauce, etc.), which's why I think it's A.
