I was called by another wholesaler last night about buying my property. LOL When I tried to connect, he just said, "We'll you don't want to sell so... " He missed a good opportunity for future JV. 🤷 I asked him if he was looking at propstream or zomps but he didn't want to say. I think he was from out of town and checking the county websites. Interesting.

Thanksgiving week has slowed me down but I'm getting it with studying now, today. Thankful for this platform and school!
