When you're hiring a remote team, the biggest shift is learning to delegate outcomes, not just tasks. Tell your team member what you need accomplished, give them the tools, then get out of the way. Micromanaging kills the whole point of going remote. Do any of you have an operations manager or a virtual assistant?

I hope you had a fabulous weekend! I was up in the mountains for three days on a retreat, communing with God without distractions. No phone. No laptop. No WiFI. It was AWESOME.
