I have a 620 score and about to get my llc. What are the chances of getting $3-5k funding?

I see these posts on Pinterest and Instagram. I’m not trying to throw shade on this person. I’m not even sure who he is. just saw this on Pinterest and took a screenshot shot. But is this real? Can you really walk into a bank (certain banks I am sure) and just use your LLC, EIN, and get $25k-$100k in funding?
