🌍 NEED SUPPORT? The Connection List (aka “The List”) is Here!
Hi, thriving friends! I’m so grateful to everyone who has already filled out our Connection Form. 💖 This is how we grow together—whether you’re looking for a buddy double, accountability, or just other ADHD mompreneurs to connect with. 👉 Watch the quick video below—it’s a little show-and-tell of how it works and how you can get access. Here's the link to the POST I mentioned inside the video, where you can comment "banana!" Can’t wait to see more “bananas” 🍌 pop up and watch real connections grow. 💞

@Ki D Same here! So much to catch up on 🥲
Seasons of change
So although recently diagnosed, I have assumed I had this diagnosis for years. The first time I remember questioning it was in high school. I also have family members my Dad and Brother who were diagnosed like early 2000's. So here are the times I remember my symptoms getting worse: High school During medical crisis's and I am being gaslit When I had my first kid Covid shut down but I was a medical worker so exempt When my Dad died When I had my second kid Deciding I wanted to be a coach Now when I had my 3rd kid Even getting the diagnosis itself was a lot of being gaslighted. It took me 8 years so even before my kids to finally get a doctor to consider it. Looking back I recognize the symptoms I had as a kid. And now that I am waiting for my daughter to be tested, I see how she reminds me of younger me.

Rebecca, thank you for sharing this so openly. 💛 It’s wild how much strength it takes just to be believed, especially when you’ve been living with it for so long. The way you’re showing up now, for yourself and your daughter, is so powerful. You’re breaking cycles and creating so much awareness just by telling your story 🙌🏽
