The Easiest Revenue Stream AI Agencies Are Sleeping On
If you run an AI agency and you're not offering voice AI yet - you're leaving serious money on the table. 👇 Here's what most agencies are missing: Your clients already have a problem nobody's solving for them. Missed calls. Leads going cold. No one answering after hours. They're spending thousands on ads to generate leads - and then losing them to voicemail. This is your opportunity. Add AI voice calling to your service stack and you instantly have: ✅ A high-value offer clients actually understand ✅ Tangible ROI you can point to (calls answered, leads booked) ✅ A recurring revenue stream that runs itself ✅ A reason for clients to stay - long term We built Convoi.ai so agencies can deploy AI voice agents for their clients in minutes. No setup cost. No technical headache. And right now we're offering 500 free minutes so you can pilot it on a real client with zero risk before spending a single dollar. If voice AI isn't in your agency's offer yet - this is the easiest way to add it. Drop a comment or DM me and I'll walk you through exactly how it works. 👇

this is exactly what I built my agency around. voice AI for service businesses. plumbers, med spas, HVAC. the pitch is simple because the problem is obvious. I ask one question on discovery calls. how many calls did you miss last weekend. they always know the number and it is always worse than they thought. one client was missing 30+ calls a week and had no idea. we turned that into $400/month recurring and the agent pays for itself in the first week. the recurring piece is key too. once the agent is live you are doing weekly reporting and prompt optimization. that is real value not just a one time build.
Wrong Question?
Most conversations about Voice AI agency ops focus on: how do I build better agents? I’ve started thinking that’s the wrong question — at least past a certain point. Once you have paying clients and real deployments, the question that actually determines whether you keep those clients isn’t “how good is my agent” — it’s “how quickly do I know when something isn’t right, and can I prove the agent is working before anyone has to ask?” Building better agents doesn’t help you if your client finds out about a failure before you do. And it doesn’t help you if there’s no automatic proof of value being delivered between build and renewal. I’m not saying quality doesn’t matter. It obviously does. But I’ve seen good agents lose clients — and mediocre agents retain them — based entirely on whether the operator was on top of what was happening operationally. Am I off base here or does this match what others are seeing?

Man this is exactly what I've been wishing existed. Half a day on Monday just skimming recordings and updating sheets is not scalable. If VoiceLens can flag the weird calls automatically so I only look at the ones that matter, that changes everything for me. I'm definitely interested in the founding beta. I'd love to give input on what gets built since I'm living this problem every week with 12 clients. Don't have DMs turned on here but drop me your email or I can send mine and we can set up a quick call. Want to see how it handles the edge cases I mentioned, the ones where the agent technically does okay but the caller is frustrated.

@Jakin Harper appreciate the link. going to grab a spot this week. the monday morning recording review across 12 clients is the thing I want to kill the most so if VoiceLens can flag the weird ones automatically that alone would save me half a day. looking forward to seeing it in action.
Your follow-ups aren't happening. Here's why
I was speaking to a business owner last week who told me he'd lost three leads in a single day because no one was available to pick up the phone. He had a receptionist. She was on lunch. Then on another call. Then it was 5:30pm. Three leads. Gone. And the follow-ups he meant to send out that week? Never happened either. This is more common than people realise — and the fix doesn't have to be hiring another person. AI voice agents work both ways. Inbound, they pick up every call, qualify leads, and book appointments without anyone needing to be available. Outbound, they follow up on prospects, re-engage cold leads, and chase confirmations — automatically, around the clock. For agencies, it's one of the easiest services to add right now because the client pain is so obvious and the ROI shows up fast. We built Convoi.ai to solve exactly this, and we're currently offering free setup plus 500 free minutes so you can test it on real calls before making any decision. No setup fees. No contracts. Just a genuine pilot to see if it works for you. Drop a comment or DM me if you want to get started. Happy to walk you through it. 👇

@Haider Iqbal got it, I'll accept it! looking forward to connecting. let's chat there about the white-label setup.
Looking for Realtor guidance
I may (I feel confident) be getting a Realtor for a client. He is using a lead gen agency called http://closemoreleads.com/ currently for lead gen. He is looking for an outbound and inbound agent. He gets his leads by email and wants to call the lead to qualify them and set up an appointment if they are interested. Should I restrict the outbound call hours? If so what hours? If he gets a lead at 10 pm I am assuming the contact filled out their info around 9:50 pmish. I was a realtor in a previous life so I don't need guidance for that, just the setup. Is there something in the Classroom for realtors?

@Joan White yeah 8pm cutoff is spot on. the realtor experience is a huge advantage here honestly. most people building voice agents for real estate have never sold a house so they miss the timing nuances. one thing that worked well for a similar setup was having the agent send a text right away when a lead comes in late ("hey just saw your inquiry, I'll give you a call tomorrow morning") so the lead knows a human is on it. keeps speed to lead high without the awkward 10pm phone call. how is the build going so far?

@Joan White totally agree. the immediate text is actually the highest ROI move because it catches people while they're still actively searching. most agents I've built that do the instant text see way higher callback rates the next morning compared to ones that just wait until business hours. how far along are you with the build?
Your Competitors Are Already Using AI Voice Agents. Are You?
If you're an agency already offering voice AI - we have a partner program built for you. 👇 Revenue share + white-label access. Plug Convoi.ai into your existing stack, brand it as your own, and earn on every minute your clients use. No competing. Just more margin. Now for everyone else : Every missed call is a missed sale. And most businesses are missing more than they think. After 5pm? Missed. Lunch break? Missed. All lines busy? Missed. Weekend? Missed. The lead didn't wait. They called your competitor and booked with them instead. AI voice agents fix this permanently. ✅ Picks up every call - 24/7, 365 ✅ Qualifies leads in real time ✅ Books appointments on the spot ✅ Follows up automatically ✅ Sounds genuinely human No sick days. No off hours. No missed calls. For business owners: you're already spending on ads and referrals to generate leads — don't let them slip through because no one picked up. We built Convoi.ai around exactly this. No setup cost, 500 free minutes to pilot it with zero risk. Drop a comment or DM me - whether you're an agency looking to partner or a business ready to stop missing calls. 👇

Good to know it goes that deep. The templated ones I tested last year were a dealbreaker because every plumber sounded the same and clients noticed. Two things I care about most: (1) can I control the exact conversation logic per client, like different booking flows for emergency vs scheduled calls, and (2) how fast can I spin up a new client without rebuilding from scratch? If those two check out I would be down to see a walkthrough. Easiest to connect here or shoot me an email, I will DM you.

@Haider Iqbal that's solid. The per-client prompt customization is the part I care about most. Right now I'm managing 12 voice agent deployments across different verticals and the biggest pain is maintaining separate conversation logic for each one. How fast can you spin up a new client instance from scratch? Like if I close a deal on Monday, can I have their agent live by Wednesday with fully custom flows?
