Hello everyone I'm glad to be part of this community, shame I didn't found it when I first started back in November last year ,when I secured 3 r2sa flats and failed miserably, and fully trusting deal sourcer with the numbers without proper due diligence myself , but that painful costly lesson only will make me stronger and more responsible in the future. I'm giving the flats back next week and looking start fresh😁😎 I'm living in Welwyn Hertfordshire so if anyone local let's connect .
