Episode 1, in the books. What a session.
Thank you to everyone who showed up for the first Good Soul Stack session. It wasn't perfect, and it didn't need to be. It was real, live, and enough. You walked away with actual configuration you can put into practice today, not just ideas to file away. That was the whole point of episode one. The feedback you gave afterward was genuinely useful, not just kind. It's already shaping how the next session runs: tighter focus on the core objective, just enough context to make it land without over-explaining, and a cleaner setup on my end so the walkthrough itself gets more airtime than the tech behind it. One small addition for next time: I'll record a quick intro so you can share it if you want to point someone toward this work. Missed it live, or want to rewatch? The recording's up: https://us06web.zoom.us/rec/share/mbcsQKu59sEt20nv9pI_xk4SdW1R4hnf6N3caYPHCZpxXvQyvLhci5K0V_xq1ibw.wN-vCRrDD8Uq9ZMa?startTime=1784824091000 Passcode: tU0@Y#nS This is one session in, with more to come. Good Soul Stack keeps going. Vote on what's next: - Getting Things Done with Sunsama - Tools for the fundamentals (eating, moving, sleeping, and more, Worth It format: theory, then real options at different price points) - Something else, drop your request in the comments Questions about anything from the session? Ask below, happy to keep unpacking.

Good Soul Stack: Homescreen — Live Thursday
Your phone is either running you, or you’re running it. A few weeks back I shared how I rebuilt mine around Integrity, Discipline, and doing what I said I would do (DWYSYWD). Enough of you asked for the walkthrough that I’m turning it into something ongoing. Good Soul Stack: Homescreen. Thursday, July 23, 12pm ET / 9am PT, 45 minutes live. I’ll show the actual setup: Smart Widget, Energy/Work/Love groupings, screen time and notifications stripped to what’s time-sensitive, what’s docked and why. This is episode one. After the session, you vote on what Fundamental we cover next, Eating, Moving, Sleeping, your call. Can’t make it live? Recording goes up in the community after. Register either way. Reserve your spot →

Good Soul Stack: Homescreen — Live Thursday
Introducing Authorship Circle
I'm opening something new. Free, invite-only, different from anything else I've put out. It's called Authorship Circle. Every five days, one loop. Monday you commit to one thing you're authoring. Not a list. One thing. Wednesday I run a live call. We work through whatever's resisting it, together, in real time. Friday you report back. However it went, finished as committed, changed on purpose, or knocked off course, there's a way to own it honestly. Monday, we do it again. It's built on one chain. Self-Trust. Conscious Choice. Human Authorship. This isn't accountability in the sense of proving you did the thing. It's practicing the muscle of choosing your week on purpose and being able to say so, out loud, in a room that witnesses it. Not sure yet what you'd bring into that room? There's also Compass Session. Live on the first Monday of every month. We work through what you're carrying that isn't yours and what you're actually choosing. You walk into the Circle with something real instead of something borrowed. Both are free. Getting into Authorship Circle takes one question. No application. No funnel. What would you like to author this cycle? Answer honestly. I'll personally read it. >>> https://forms.gle/YpbXtS5LnRkeK7ws This isn't for everyone. It's not supposed to be. It's for the ones who've done the work and are ready to stop performing it and start living it.

@Christina Theresa Thanks for the love. Also, the request for some clarity! Here is some clarifying context: "Name the bigger thing this belongs to. Then name the one specific move you're making on it in the next five days. Something with a clear line. Done or not done. Example: "I'm authoring a healthier relationship to my body. This cycle, that means three strength sessions. No negotiating." Not a mood. Not "get my life together." That's what Compass Session is for. Tell me the arc. Then the inch." >>> The larger thing. Not a five-day task, the actual arc this belongs to. A book, a business, a body, a relationship you're rebuilding, whatever it is you're looking to create authorship on your journey. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. Hope you can join us!

How To Use This Space
Good Soul Lab is built around attention, not activity. Here is how to use this space well. _________ Speak from experience Share what you are actually living, not what you think you should say. _________ Move slower than the internet You don’t need to keep up. Depth matters more than volume. _________ Let the body be part of the conversation Notice tension, ease, clarity, confusion. Your nervous system is part of your intelligence. ________ Use practices as experiments There is no right way to do them. Only honest ways. _________ Engage at the level that supports you Standard = orientation Premium = guided practice VIP = small group and personal support There is no better tier. Only what fits your life. _________ This is not a performance space We are here to return to ourselves. Again and again. — Adrian
