Meditation 2
Well, here's my shot at working on the suggestions that you gave me for the Meditation practice. Whew, it's a challenge. Here's where I am today with it. I know that I have road to travel with it. I have to trust that when I hit notes that I consider "not right" or when I hesitate that I'll ultimately find my way. Your messages and posts about keeping going and not to consider things mistakes is really helping me with that trust. Thank you again.

Hello my name is Adrian, in Austin,Tx. I’ve been playing percussion for the last 35yrs. I first saw a video of Malte Martin before I was put on the ventilator for 70days back in 2021 with Covid. They had told my family to say their goodbyes, but here I am!!🙌 while in recovery I watched more videos and told myself I had to get one of those crazy spaceship instruments!!✨🛸✨ then I saw how much they were and how long of a wait it was to get one! So my first one was from Amazon which I’m sure was from China. It didn’t sound terrible! I figured I’d learn to play before I pay!😆👍 When I came out of my coma, I had paralysis on my left side. I couldn’t open my left hand. I’ve gone through years of rehab now, still with some neuropathy. I try not to let it define or hinder what I want to do, but still weak on the left side. So I don’t always play left /right hand playing
