Hey guys! Ignacio here. Brendan’s onboarding automation just told me to introduce myself, so here we are! 😂 I’m currently building out of Spain and spend most of my days deep in the n8n trenches. I joined the Launchpad to connect with other agency owners and see what kind of crazy automations you are all building. A quick tip for those just landing their first clients (a painful lesson I learned the hard way): Getting the bot to work perfectly on your screen is only 20% of the job. The other 80% is the "silent failure anxiety", when a workflow breaks, loops, or disconnects, and your client is the one who has to tell you about it. There is nothing worse for trust. Because I hated that feeling, my main focus right now is building infrastructure to solve this. I’m building a watchdog for n8n (AigencyTracker (free to use)) that alerts the agency before the client even notices a bug (among other things).
