What I learned from speaking to 15 leads in 2 weeks 🗣️
Why do some leads seem to fizzle out and come to nothing? - Below are the 3 key points I learnt from speaking to 15 leads in 2 weeks (12 of them moved to the next stage). Struggling with lead flow is everybody’s problem first, but once you get them through the door, how do you increase your chances of converting them? It’s not always about having a great Offer. Your Offer will attract the right leads but it's rarely the reason they convert. Here are the 3 (+1 Bonus) key takeaways: - Ask the Right Questions: Your lead has shown interest to an Offer of yours. Ask them relevant questions that will help you understand if you can help them (some call it the Fact-Finding stage). - Just Listen: This is easier said then done, but show genuine interest in what they’re saying. Pauses and silence in conversation will allow them to dig deeper themselves (this ALWAYS worked for me). It's also a form of therapy and builds trust (every human loves being listened to). - Communicate Your Solution: After expressing their pains and concerns, tell them WHAT you will do and HOW it will help them - that’s it. Your solution should touch on their main pains and concerns. - (BONUS) Don’t Pitch If You Can’t Help: This one can be a little bit tough, but there’s no point trying to get someone to buy who will not benefit. This will only lead to a poor experience, a bad review and a stain on your reputation. A lead will also respect you more if you are honest (and they might refer someone to you!) Any other tips that are key for speaking to leads? Drop a comment below if you have any advice for others! 👇👇👇👇👇👇 (Give a like too if you enjoyed!)

Accountability buddy/group?
Hey all, I'm just starting on this journey and I'm looking for some accountability buddies to share our progress and keep each other on this exciting track! We can also discuss the modules together to learn more efficiently etc. If anyone is down let me know so we can help each other out :)

@Ellen Teju Martins-Olatunde Yes, I think it's 10 new DMs per day (or 50 per week)... I can't remember exactly.
“I have so many ideas for my content but can’t get organised”
The Solution: Use systems! I sometimes feel overwhelmed with trying to plan my content but to avoid this I had to make it as frictionless as possible. So I introduced a 3-step system to make it as easy as possible to get stuck in: - Blocking out time on the calendar (3-4 hours a week) solely for creating content ⏳ - Use a personal management tool like Notion to store and track all your content ⚙️ - Use templates for different types of content to fast track the ideation and drafting stage (comment 'Template' and I'll send it over) 📰 This took me from dreading working on content (and even completely forgetting about it) to being able to produce a post in 15-20 minutes⏩⏩⏩ If you haven’t already started using a system like this - drop a comment and I will share what I know If you’ve got a better system - send me a message!

Why Investing in Yourself as an Entrepreneur is Absolutely Necessary
Ever feel like you're stuck in the same spot no matter how hard you hustle? 🧍‍♂️ I’ve been there. When I first started my business, I was grinding non-stop but felt like I was getting nowhere. It was frustrating and exhausting. Things only started to change when I decided to invest in myself. Investing in yourself is the game-changer every entrepreneur needs. It's not just about gaining new skills, but also about building the right mindset 🧠 Start by doing this: - Learn new skills that are high-value (soft skills like persuasive speaking also count!) 🧰 - Put well-being first and make sure you avoid burnout 😃 - Grow your network - whether it’s looking for mentorship or peers to work alongside. KEEP MEETING NEW PEOPLE (the most important one out of the 3) 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 What’s the best investment you’ve made in yourself that’s paid off big time for your business? Drop your story below! 👇

Why Investing in Yourself as an Entrepreneur is Absolutely Necessary
"The 20s are the best time of your life."
I've heard from a lot of people that the 20s, the college times will be the best time of your life. But as soon as I ask them, "Well, after college?" "Well..." "Well?" "Well, you get a job and stuff y'know, the regular." Right from the first "Well..." their enthusiasm drops. I've decided I don't want that. I wanna live a fulfilling life even after my 20s. "But how do I not get dragged into a job I don't like?" I wrote on my journal. And the solution was so simple. "Get yourself into what you like then." So here, Hey, I'm Aditya Ghosh, guy on self improvement in India who's entering his 20s. However, lately self-improvment hasn't been hitting. Self improvement is self-centered and I don't feel satisfied with that anymore. I am figuring stuff out, finding my way into a niche where I can help the most people at something I love. (and also make a lot of money surely) These are main things I love, - Calisthenics - Filmmaking - Human Physiology And yes I kind of see a connection but the foundation falls apart without coaching practice. From the depth of my heart I want to teach and help people grow. So here we are. I want to learn to coach and help people build themselves up in areas I've built myself up. (building) That's all.

@Aditya Ghosh aka daditya Yes that overwhelming feeling is our body and mind getting used to new territory... Interestingly, I no longer track calories - I just know how much to each if I want to gain or lose weight. It's part of becoming skilled at something! Your areas of interest are really exciting too so keep learning about your niche and about business in general. The success will come💪
