Our first IDG Intro Session on Mar 27
I thought Iβd share our excitement with this amazing community. Weβll be hosting our first IDG Intro Session via LinkedIn Live on March 27. Itβs a short 45-minute session where weβll introduce the Inner Development Goals, share who we are, and what we hope to cultivate through the community. Our hope is to raise awareness and connect with more like-minded individuals who feel called to this work. Hello from Toronto!
Hi everyone, Iβm Amy from Toronto, Canada. I discovered IDG while building my leadership practice on inner + outer integration at the start of 2025. I was truly grateful to find a community that seemed to finally understand what drives me and why Iβm so passionate about inner development. I come from a background in corporate talent management and leadership development. While I enjoyed those roles, I often felt a missing piece in delivering real, lasting value to people. That curiosity led me to explore how I could contribute in a bigger, more meaningful way, taking a leap of faith and courage. I look forward to connecting with all of you and learning from this space. -Amy

@Amy Law hahaha! I love the certainty!! Bonjour, Hi from Montreal (normally) π but currently "Apa khabar" from Malaysia, where I am pursuing business connections while visiting friends and family till the end of January 2026. I appreciated reading how you found the IDG community. I remember watching the IDG video and reading just about everything on the website (including the white paper), and being awestruck that there was a group of people globally whom I had never met who would understand what I sensed the greater collective might be missing. I attended the IDG Global Practitioners Network for the first time in January 2025. I met @Nadene Canning there. πThe IDG GPN and then, the Global Empathy & Compassion Hub's monthly meetings became my 2 opportunities every month to step back from the rising chaos and noise to rest, listen, learn, see, and be seen by people committed to adding value. What a wonderful and generative respite to balance the vitriol that popped up in unexpected places. And now, I am spending time getting to know this subgroup as I want to go from knowing to being and doing with the IDGs. Feel free to write me directly and let's continue from there.π
