Did you know, you can do Monthly or Weekly Sales Projections using Sangam CRM?
Sangam CRM has a very powerful Reporting Feature. With the Report Module, you can do Monthly or Weekly Sales Projections. Further through grouping, you can classify the projections, Sales Agent Wise, Product Wise & Week Wise. If it applies to your business, you can also make projections based on New Sales & Renewal Sales. Refer to the last Image to see the filter applied. Gallabox Integration: UnAuthorised Request ERROR
Hi , I need help in Gallabox integration. I am getting "Unauthorized Request" error when trying to send test message.

@Saloha Tech after creating an account in Gallabox. We need to add channel (WhatsApp number). The process for adding channel/WhatsApp number is given in Gallabox. (For this process, you need to be prepared with one phone number which not in use on WhatsApp currently, Facebook Business Manager Account, Company Incorporation Certificate, other details and process is available of Gallabox) Once channel/WhatsApp number is approved and activated then we will be able to add new template in Gallabox. So we need to create a first template as given below: Template name : sangamcrm_integration Body content: Hey there! This is a test message to showcase the powerful capabilities of sending messages through Gallabox configurations in Sangam CRM. We want to ensure that everything is working smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for your cooperation! After adding the template in Gallabox we need to wait until it gets approved. Once the template is approved, then we can go to Sangam CRM admin, search Gallabox and configure the given details. (detailed guide about the configuration of Gallabox is given in SangamCRM>admin>Gallabox. Do the configuration. At the end of the form, there will be an option to Test WhatsApp Configuration. Add any other number in that field and click on Send WhatsApp. You will receive the message which we have added in Gallabox. Then don't forget to save the configuration. If you try configuring the Gallabox with Sangam CRM without this process then you may get an error.
