Let’s discuss cupping on children/adolescents 🙌 Cupping in action 👣✨ Here’s a quick look at cupping on Ezra and why I love this tool—especially in pediatric & sensitive bodies: • Increases circulation and lymphatic flow • Helps decompress tight, restricted fascia • Reduces pain and inflammation without deep pressure • Supports nervous system regulation (calming + grounding) • Encourages the body’s own healing response When done gently and intentionally, cupping can create powerful change with very little force—perfect for kids and anyone who doesn’t tolerate aggressive work. Watch how the tissue responds 👀

When you're evaluating a kid, what makes you choose cupping over your other techniques?

@Cierra Padilla that's a great way to mix it up. The stimulation of cupping is so different from Effleurage-type strokes that make sense ticklish kids get a lot out of it!
