Just watched your recent video on YT. I'm going for the sass business.....I run an e-commerce store that is shit, I keep having that thought in the back of my head that I'm with the wrong business.....I've tried ecom back in the day, and even selling websites, I've hit 100k in each business type but sass is where I want to go and stay. Day job experience I have is being in truck driving and delivery using a crane for drywall and rooftop materials, so I'm going to brainstorm what the fuck to build but actually talk to some owners and ask what problems are at hand.
Video game repair parts seller
I run 94mer and have been a registered business since November of 2024. I currently sell around $7k-$15k per month of video game repair parts( cables, power cables, screens, lens replacements, capacitors, joysticks, controllers, etc.) I'm wanting to grow the business much bigger since this is way to small of revenue after fees, expenses, taxes. I work a day job and also do this, I do want to say to you guys, seriously think 10X because even a $10k month is nothing. Not to break hearts here but you think bigger to start moving in that bigger direction. It's what has helped me to get to at least the $10k+ mark. You have to make more than your job in order to quit it, just don't give up. Keep at it, and if you're married and have kids, discuss your plan/schedule with your partner...that is the most important thing. I used to just work all the time once I got home from work but you do have to set aside that time, but as you do that, set aside time to work on the business....if thats 2-3 hours per day let it be. If it's before work, go to bed earlier to wake up and do that. If it's after work then do that. Just work it out with the partner๐Ÿ™‚ Need any advice on Shopify? Comment below and I'll answer you!

@Rick Sessoms I'm online only, I ship everything out lol. Nothing local really, just a few sales but I still ship them out to save me time instead of doing FB marketplace meetups for small transactions. Too much time doing that๐Ÿซ  what are you currently working on bro?

@Tristin Duncan I built it on Shopify, I've used Shopify for various e-commerce projects since 2015. Love it! I actually used to run an agency building websites for other merchants back in 2020๐Ÿ™‚
Hey guys!
I'm new to ecommerce and would like to start it the proper way. In what order would u suggest going thru videos in the classroom?

@Leo Nardo Leo, use a marketplace first...I started selling products on a platform called Etsy. But any will do, like Mercari, eBay, whatnot, etc. Just start selling products. Get into a certain type of product that you want to sell so you simply only draw in people who like your products and might buy another one because it's all aligned together. For example I sell video game repair parts, that is all I sell and someone who buys a replacement part for a Gameboy might end up buying another replacement part for the Gameboy as well. It just works so much better this way rather then selling weird, random ass products. I've been doing this brand 94mer for a little over a year now and it makes anywhere from $7k-$15k per month now(still so far from what I want lol). Just get started though is the most important thing!
