I run 94mer and have been a registered business since November of 2024. I currently sell around $7k-$15k per month of video game repair parts( cables, power cables, screens, lens replacements, capacitors, joysticks, controllers, etc.) I'm wanting to grow the business much bigger since this is way to small of revenue after fees, expenses, taxes. I work a day job and also do this, I do want to say to you guys, seriously think 10X because even a $10k month is nothing. Not to break hearts here but you think bigger to start moving in that bigger direction. It's what has helped me to get to at least the $10k+ mark. You have to make more than your job in order to quit it, just don't give up. Keep at it, and if you're married and have kids, discuss your plan/schedule with your partner...that is the most important thing. I used to just work all the time once I got home from work but you do have to set aside that time, but as you do that, set aside time to work on the business....if thats 2-3 hours per day let it be. If it's before work, go to bed earlier to wake up and do that. If it's after work then do that. Just work it out with the partner🙂 Need any advice on Shopify? Comment below and I'll answer you!
