Quick context on me so you know who’s answering your questions. I’m an ex international cyclist, moved into triathlon about two years ago, have gone under four hours for a 70.3, run a 2:49 marathon, and I’m currently training with the goal of going under eight hours for a full distance Ironman. This is a free space for asking questions, sharing what you’re working on, and building a supportive and fun community.
