Can you train me even if I'm under ,18?. I'm 17 want to learn how to do chalistenics and my goal is to try and achieve a handstand push up. Sooo can you help me plz??
Could someone give me a basic workout for callisthenics each day or just 1 workout a day that targets everything and maybe how much reps and sets of it
Do you have a pull-up bar? Basically just pushups and pullups are good basics for a month, one day pullups and chin ups the other pushups and diamond pushups the other rest then repeat for about a month then add something like pike pushup and harder variations
I unlocked my first Lsit to handstand yesterday. It was my dream and it has been achieved i am so proud of myself. I’m 20 years old and 1,87 tall and weigh 87kg.
I recently broke my wristttt. 😅 and now I'm stuck with leg day and a bunch of sit ups and stuff. anyone exercise recommendations that don't involve my wrists?
