Looking for fulfillment partners outside of Germany. 🌍 I regularly receive orders from customers in other countries where shipping from Germany is slow or expensive. Instead of turning those orders away I want to work with people in the community who can handle fulfillment locally. What this means: you print and ship my products to customers in your country. I send you the files, specs and quality standards. You handle production and shipping locally. One important detail: I use ironing on most of my products for a clean smooth surface finish. I need to know if your setup supports this reliably before we move forward. If you are interested drop a comment with: 🏳️ Your country 🖨️ Your printer setup ✅ Does your slicer and printer support ironing reliably? Yes or No 📦 Do you have experience fulfilling orders and shipping to customers 🚀 VIP / Premium members get priority but everyone can apply. Let's build something global together. 👇🏼

Ironing settings will vary greatly across even the same series of printers. Filament type (pla vs petg- matte vs basic) and brand play a big part as well. Settings that work for one person most likely won’t be an exact match for your situation. This is the process you should take to find what work for you. 1: Start with calibrating your filaments flow rate and pressure advance. 2: perform a full bed plate z offset test print. If this looks terrible on the first layer the rest of the print will look the same. 3: go on makerworld and download and ironing test file in the 15-50 mm/s range. 4: take the smoothest iron speed/iron flow rate numbers and print a 50x50x10mm square. If the finish looks smooth, any small to medium print will look good. Larger closer to full bedplate size prints may require a higher iron flow rate. For example 30/20 to 30/25 5: if your final end surface looks grainy and has small holes like a sponge. Up your top layers by 1 and re test. If your at 8 top layers and it still looks like this, up your iron flow rate by two and re test. 6: if you have small fibers all over the top surface but the surface itself is smooth and even, back your iron flow rate down by 1. Below I’m including examples of what and under flow vs an over iron flow look like.
New Bambulab Printer
Hey Guys, Pretty hyped about the new printer from Bambu, especially cause of the price: https://eu.store.bambulab.com/de/products/x2d Anybody had a closer look and can judge whether it's really as nice as i think? :-D What i like most is basically the dual nozzle system - especially for supports with different materials i feel like thats pretty sick.

I unfortunately will be passing on the x2d, the fact I can’t print full bedplate size with the main nozzle is a deal killer
Selling Designs
Hi All I'm in New Zealand so I am looking at selling my designs as well as outsourcing the physical print to a company based in the US who will print and ship any Etsy orders. I'm keen to know if anyone here sells their 3d designs and if you offer them just in STL or also 3MF?

In a dilemma… a good one
Hey everyone, I’m looking for some opinions here. Currently my Etsy store has taken off and doing pretty well. My problem is currently I’m at a 4-5 day turnaround time after an order is placed. I only have time to start and swap prints and night so production is slow because of that and being limited to the four printers I have so I’m looking to buy more printers. Currently I have four p2s combos and I’m debating on buying four more to keep the entire line the same for parts on hand etc.. or save $1,100 usd and buy the p1s combos.. if you were in my shoes what would you do?
