Aid disbursement… anyone had this happen??? 🤨🤔😅
Soooo… I waited a while for money to come in from my loan refund. May 7th it finally hit… Awesome!!! Then two weeks later another one hit. Cool! Figured it was just time for the next one since the first one took a bit to arrive. Now, exactly one week later, I get ANOTHER deposit??? I mean, I’m happy, I’ll take it. lol 😂 but it also has me a little nervous and worried… 😅🥴🤦🏼♀️ Like is it just all coming back to back and nothing more until like fall? Ooorrrrr… did someone on their side make a boo-boo? 😅 Anyone else had theirs come in back to back like this??

@Madison Page Interesting (and good for you!) How long did it take from submitting the Loan Request form (the Maestro one, after the studentaid.gov stuff) before you got your Award Letter and then to this point?

So Far... June 1 2026 --------> 2 May 4 2026 ---------> 1 April 6 2026 ----------> 19 March 2 2026 --------> 12 February 2 2026 ------> 7 January 5 2026 ------> 5 December 1 2025 ------> 1 September 3 2025 ------> 1 October 2025 --------> 2 Also, unfortunately, now that we have different years, I will have to add a year to the tabs for the different cohorts, so we can't have the fancy names anymore... My apologies, especially to those who voted! We still have way more confirmed cohort counts to get, so please comment your cohort date and year for me when you get the chance, and thank you so much, guys! ❤️

Ready to quit...
I am struggling, and getting confused because I cannot run the programs on my phone, that Maestro is telling me to use. It's really starting to discourage me, and I'm about ready to say "fuck it". I really want this degree, but how am I ever going to earn it if I can't do the required criteria? All this trouble, because I'm too bloody poor to buy a laptop to do the work that's required of me. Maestro sure as hell seems in no hurry to make sure you are successful. Since they changed the shipping from 14 business days to 21 business days. I'm just not going to make it without the proper tools I need to complete this degree.

@Roderic O'Connor Even though I don't know you personally, I hate hearing the frustration in your "voice". I know it doesn't change the reality of your situation, but you have a community here that is cheering for your success. I can't begin to imagine the challenges of completing coursework on a phone. Even a tablet would be trying. I know you don't need validation, though! You're living it! All I can say is hang in there. Your bio reads "... a 44 year old guy trying to better his place in life". I think that's commendable, and I can assure you that the hardest step was deciding to enroll. The guy in your profile picture doesn't look like a quitter. He looks like the type that would beat a nail with the sole of his shoe if he didn't have a hammer! Hang in there, my brother. You got this! 👍🏼
