Good morning. I just joined this community and am looking forward to learning new techniques to baking. I have been baking and cooking for years. I enjoy being in the kitchen. I’m new to sourdough baking. My sister gave me a starter and I think it’s still alive? I’m going to try to add to it today and see what happens. I don’t know how much to add. Am I supposed to take some out before adding to it? Thanks.
