Howdy from Orlando!๐Ÿ
Fancy seeing some of you here! Time to get lawn care in high gear. We focus on high tickets and deliberate growth in our companies, and it gives us the opportunity to really develop our brand. Just checked and we're at 180 clients, invoicing 27.2k a month for poop scooping. We intend to do the same thing with lawns, but first... I need to figure out how to use a lawnmower... ๐ŸŒŠ

@Bruce Beaumont 2 years ago, quarter acre lots is our max, we like the cookie cutter lots. We ask and they give, it's that simple. We don't charge per dog. It's the same price up to 5 dogs. We watch all our scoop times and make sure we stay no less than 1.65 per minute. If we fall short we update pricing or drop client. Truthfully, we should be higher too because about 4 months ago we did a promotion where we took 12 months of payment for 14 months of service, and so I believe we have 7 people on that. We did it to see if we could, and we did. It was a fun experiment.

@Todd Peterson what?
Easy Scoops in Albuquerque NM, OKC and Houston Tx(TBD)
My name is Kohl Merling! I own a poop scoop business that has 2 active locations and one loading up. We serve over 1500 active clients and bring in roughly 1.5 M in rev(not profit, sadly). We also teach people how to build a pet waste business the right way(took me 5 years), in our Skool group Poop Scoop Academy. Here to learn, share, and hopefully get better at Google with Clay, because that is not my circle of competence in the slightest.
