Hey Mike I am working with a large supplier who has just signed a contract for o supply company lets and who will be looking to take properties on mass in the Birmingham area. Introduction
Hey my name is Adam and just started X2 Property a few months ago and joined this chat group. I have recently signed up for the fast track deal sourcing and I am joining the 3 day boot camp at the start of June. My background is setting up internal operations and systems for large creative agencies and I am now looking to transfer my 20 years of experience into the property sector. My goals are to grow my network and deal sourcing business over the next 12 months and gain more knowledge and create a new revenue streams and income. @Liam J Ryan I am based in Kent, but have good connections in London and the South East with Knight Frank, Savills Jones Realty and JLL along with smaller local developers. I am also being passed lots of rent to rent deals from all around the country from a London team so will also start to look at this as a separate income stream in the coming months.
