Great Day 1 of Architecture of Consciousness - HypnosisMasterclass
I had so much fun. Great experiences, great people and great insights and personal transformations. It's fun when we begin to perceive possibilities instead of insurmountable challenges. I am so grateful to have shared that experience....in the spirit of never ending discovery...Namaste Guys...

Thank you Anita for letting your light shine and in doing so unconsciously giving me the permission to do the same. This was exactly what I needed at the time I needed it :)
You Don’t Get What You Want — You Outgrow Needing It...
Here’s the thing nobody tells you... No one ever told me, until I found out... ......half the goals you’re chasing are just emotional pacifiers. You don’t really want them… you want who you think you’ll get to be once you have them.... Isn't that true? But then life happens. You grow... and begin to question those dreams... are they still there? ....And suddenly the prize you were begging for feels… small... tiny... or irrelevant.... and that’s not loss — that’s evolution politely saying, “We’re done here.” Most people miss that part...... They keep trying to manifest abundance while vibrating like a clearance sale. Still checking the mirror of life asking, “Is it working yet?” Meanwhile, the universe is like — “I’m waiting for you to stop acting broke in spirit.” You don’t attract what you want. You attract what you’ve stopped negotiating your worth around...... That's really huge... It hit me like a ton of bricks.... . ..That’s also when life stops playing hide and seek with you..... Not because you figured it out — but because you stopped faking alignment... or wearing a mask.... 💭 Real talk: What’s one thing you thought you wanted, but now see you only needed to outgrow?

What comes to mind is educational courses that I collect which I tell myself help me to step into the person I want to become The truth is they grow me in a sense yes, but more so in my imagination than in an embodied sense. So its a delay tactic, a self deception that directs my focus away from dangerous progress towards safe consumption. This keeps me as a consumer instead of flipping the script and rewriting my role a creator, someone who leads with value, invents exciting offers and commands my own fees So I'm recognising the familiar signals to "prepare" but this time interpreting them as I feeling unsafe and learning to be able to sit with my feelings and unlearning the perception that fear is a stop sign, it may infact be a sign its something I really value Right now I am focusing on reconnecting with action bias muscle, and its making me feel more alive than I've felt in a long long time Thanks for the share Anita
🔹The Paradox of Every Yes — The Hidden No Beneath Our Choices
Have you ever noticed that every yes you give automatically contains a no you didn’t say out loud? Every decision, every agreement, every polite nod — it’s never just one answer. We say yes to keep the peace, but no to the depth of the conversation we don’t want to have. We say yes to appearing agreeable, but no to the part of us that longs for truth. We say yes to comfort, and no to growth. Every yes is layered. There’s the surface yes — the one we show the world — and the deeper yes or no beneath it, the one we whisper to ourselves in silence. And here’s the thing: we can’t ever escape that duality. Behind every choice is its shadow. Behind every yes is a subtle no — and vice versa.... That’s the architecture of human consciousness itself... and there is no escape from it.... .......Most of us live in the matrix of polite yesses — agreements that keep the social fabric intact while quietly suffocating our authenticity. .........We say yes to avoid confrontation, to belong, to be seen as kind, spiritual, or cooperative. But in doing so, we sometimes say no to what’s real. The paradox is that awakening doesn’t mean always saying yes or always saying no — it means becoming conscious of both at once. Seeing the full transaction of your choices. ..........Recognizing that every decision shapes not just your outer life, but your inner truth. So the question isn’t: “What are you saying yes to?” The real question is: “What are you saying no to — beneath the yes?” And even deeper still: “Who inside you is saying it?” When we start hearing both sides of our agreement — the yes we show and the no we hide — we begin to step out of the unconscious matrix of reaction and into the realm of choice. 💭 Question to Open the Conversation: What’s one thing in your life you’ve been saying “yes” to on the surface — but quietly saying “no” to inside? And what would happen if those two voices finally met in the same room?

Saying yes to safe learning but no to transformative growth, but now the poles are reversing, of Saying a Deep yes to transformative growth and Saying no to safe learning One layer deeper in my own experience there is a Saboteur part which is a protector who at the critical moment steers my desire towards shiny objects just before transformation occurs and has great power to narrow my vision to pull me away from the path of growth However recently I've been seeing a path to be more flexible in my decisions, to honour the deep yes desire to move forward right now to recognise I have everything I need within me, and to be able to honour my wants for some gadgets as rewards to myself! Loved this one Anita!
Question of the Day...
If nothing outside of you had to change — but you could awaken one shift within yourself that would instantly transform the way life responds to you — what would that shift be? I’ve seen that when a single inner axis tilts, the whole structure of life tilts with it — both energetically and systematically. That’s the essence of an axiomatic breakthrough: one shift in being that reorganizes the entire field.

Hi Garin, Thanks for your message, It's interesting to read how you've created your own inner and outer scoreboard as a way to honour the value of growth I've definitely had the challenge as I believe we all do with self deception... That I make bold starts, make progress but then slip into the comfort zone when it gets scary honoring instead the value of certainty. So for me specifically typically I'm a very organised and prepared person. In this situation at the wedding, I knew this wedding was coming up for months in advance. Yet I've been going through some major mind bending shifts right now... While many things I'm not sure of... I knew one thing for sure... I didn't want to sweat the small things... I didn't want to give unimportant things more importance, to leave space for excitement. So I sorted some major things in advance But then I let go.. Me and my partner stayed up late the night before, I knew I needed to be there roughly at that time, but not precisely, I had a gift, no card, no card written by the morning day of, I had a suit, no hotel room booked, they had one available, I split the cost with my partner. One of my closest friends partners even commented, "I love how spontaneous you are". In the moment I was rushed and stressed, making decisions and I said back "I don't" while smiling and laughing at the predicament I found myself in. So me testing my power was about releasing control, and was about having one foot in chaos and one foot in order, being creative in the moment, trusting that everything will not only be alright but more exciting because it forces me to pay attention to seek out opportunities. I typically don't drink, yet I gave myself permission to drink quite alot in the end because I wanted to feel apart of the occasion, when all the grooms were grabbing cigars for photos, I didn't because that's a boundary I won't cross not even on occasions. So I challenged myself to make different decisions where there was flex, and yet held firm on things that mattered to me.

@Anita Kozlowski I didnt see your response Anita, the link sent me back to this question of the day post
What does wealth mean to you?...
For me… wealth has very little to do with accumulation and everything to do with perfect resonance....t’s a frequency, a vibration that shows up when joy, freedom, purpose, and connection are in complete harmony. It evokes an instant ease of being.... Wealth to me, is waking up with something to be excited about—an idea to create, a vision to bring to life, wisdom to share. It’s the discovery that the true currency of life is creative expression, the freedom to align with purpose, and the joy of contributing to the growth of others. Some of the richest moments I’ve ever experienced are simply seeing something I’ve said or done light up another human being—that feels like wealth at its core. It’s also profoundly simple. Time with family and friends. Laughter that doesn’t need a reason. Standing in nature and being humbled by its beauty. A healthy body that lets me move, breathe, and feel alive. The curiosity to keep learning, uncovering new layers of truth, and finding meaning in unexpected places. And most of all, it’s my relationship with God—the awareness that we’re created in His image, carrying an eternal spark of the infinite. That realization reframes for me the fact that wealth is not just an external abundance, but as the inner recognition of Spirit moving through us.... So for me, wealth is not a number or a destination but an ongoing quest for meaning. It’s a dance of frequency and vibration where joy, love, freedom, and creativity all converge into a living expression of who I am. I’m curious—when you strip away the conventional definitions of wealth, what does it really mean to you?

For me wealth is... Living powerful decisions, saying No often to live my Deep Yes. And smiling because I know what is most important to me. The inner freedom to show up how I'd like with a powerful exciting intention/project that inspires me and others, the outer freedom of time to deeply explore, to deeply experience, deeply connect within and without, to deeply breathe, to deeply contemplate the mystery. The deep realisation of wellbeing being my natural state, that we are so incredibly provided for (the Utilisation principle EVERYTHING is always working out for me) Knowingness of superabundance in and all around me Being in a state of superabundance myself Co creating superabundance with others Sharing superabundance further with others Material wealth both matters and doesn't matter. It doesn't matter enough to let it rule your expression of your deeper life purpose (a common mistake made by high achieving image conscious unfulfilled people). Yet it does matter to have enough results in this area to have freedom of options, and experience expansion that is exciting, with a quality of life that you appreciate True wealth is a paradox, wanting what you already have its a FEELING of abundance, yet excitedly living on the leading edge of thought pursuing your highest FEELING THOUGHT right NOW
