@David Waller Absolutely! The next thing up to finance is a new roof. I have to decide between architectural shingles or metal. I've got to to research it more first.

@Rebekah Waller Yes, here in Florida with insurance costs so high it may make sense to get the more expensive metal roof but I've got to run the numbers. Great thing is I know I have flexibility and I can use a policy loan for it.
