Programs D and E
Hey everyone, I was able to work through my shit and get programs D and E fully shot and put together today finally! I’m sorry for the delay. Truly. I’m having a time making this process of content creation happen in a timely way. I honestly don’t yet know how to balance creative space, time and communication with y’all yet but I’m figuring out how much time I need to make things with my actual capacity. My main goal now is to plan ahead and pre-emptively communicate with y’all so I don’t leave you hanging anymore. Thanks for being patient as I learn! Ok, here’s the workouts. Before I joined the body language program, i felt bored and uninspired with my workouts. Ive never been much a fan of "lifting weights" and prefer movement and martial arts as my workouts. Trevor's approach to fitness has so much more dimension than the typical gym workouts, with a stronger emphasis on learning to access core strength and connective tissue balance, than getting lots of reps. This is a much more sustainable approach, in my opinion. I appreciate the methodical and well-paced approach to more complicated movements, like the mace, kBs and animal flow. In a short period of time, I could feel very tangible shifts in muscle and tendon development where previously I felt disconnected or just plain injured. Even as I write this testimonial, i feel inspired to get a workout in!

Grounding sheets
Happy Sat fam! I’ve been reading about “grounding sheets” and given I live in a city I’m interested putting some extra care around my energy in addition to my normal energy hygiene. Have any of you heard of these grounding sheets….yay? Nay? Bogus? I thought this group might have some thoughts.
