Add sliced red onion to a bowl with a squeeze of lime and a tiny pinch of salt. 5. Let sit 2–3 minutes to mellow the sharpness. 6. Make the dressingIn a small bowl mix:sesame oil + coconut aminos + honey/agave + lime juice + pinch salt. 7. Taste → adjust sweet / salty / tangy balance. 8. Combine Add cucumbers to the bowl with onion. 9. Pour dressing over and toss well. 10. Finish Sprinkle sesame seeds + nigella seeds.Let sit 5–10 minutes for flavours to absorb (best slightly marinated).
