I am walking into today with purpose and know you will as well. Walking into purpose requires intention. What are you going to be intentional about today?

I’m being intentional by reminding myself that every moment is a teaching moment even when it feels overstimulating. Slowing down to teach will actually help to relieve some of the stress of making sure that my kids know what they need to know. Also reminding myself to just do the task whether big or small every second leading into minutes counts.

Happy Monday baddies! How was your weekend? My weekend was productive as I spent some time with my children doing absolutely anything they wanted to do. Sometimes, you just have to let things go where the day takes you. What did you do this weekend?
