Woke up with 3 trucks to Quarterback. - Atlanta Box, (my buddy who got fired from Amazon then called me Saturday), has to be home every night, so I had him scoop a $750 load to drop in Nash first thing tomorrow morn. Gotta get him loaded for the return trip. His 1+ Year Authority is like a jug of water in the desert. SO refreshing! Booking him is a breeze.. 🤗 - Illinois Box had drama and was late-plus he hadn't finished the setup for TQL (which is a Godsend for New Authorities) like I told him to-so everything got threw off and he had to deadhead back hundreds of miles to his pregnant, complaining girlfriend.🫣 I just sent him a text establishing my Non-Negotiables moving forward. (And I HONESTLY don't give a damn if he leaves.😎) See he started out talking real STRONG, like he was a runner, but I expose fake hustlers every Time-bc I am the Real Deal. - Mississippi Hotshot down in TX missed like 3 loads that I found, negotiated and booked bc of his wife's inefficiency. I repeatedly get 'overrides' on his Brand New Authority, so actually 10% ain't enough! Anyway, I powered on thru. After like 15-18 rejections and wife's fumbles, I got him a $2300 load going to Phoenix with 3 ATVs on the back. It was already after 5 pm aka Crunch Time. 💪🏿💪🏿 I also had the Presence of Mind to ask him for another video testimonial. Been a few weeks since my last post. So much moves so fast with and around me in this Dispatch Game, it’s hard to recall all the Community-Beneficial details, so I’m just dropping Nuggets. Today a guy I met last year when I first bought my box truck hit me up. He was actually the one who showed me where to park first night I got it. He was strictly Amazon and been running them ever since. (I quit on Night 2! 😤) Well, Amazon just shut him down. Reason? Registration was in his son’s name while MC, insurance, everything else was in his name. So they flagged him for possible fraud/double brokering-plus the factoring company froze him too. Then he calls me—confused, stressed, almost in panic mode. Said he was scrolling his phone, saw my DU screenshots at Top of the Board and reached out. I rapidly put together a coupla solutions for his compliancy issues with the help of ChatGpt. So now I’ve got a hungry box truck with 1+ Year Authority Ready to Run. Agreement signed, docs collected. 🎯💸 Same thing happened before with the guy who flew down to ATL and paid cash for the same truck. We stayed solid. Now it's his Authority that I'm using to access DAT. 💪🏿 Right now I’m in the process of Building the same type Flow-broker by broker.. Seems to me, that’s how the Game is properly played. I have a Hotshot Broker who says she's going to send me all her Dispatch-needy carriers. And that was before I even told her about the money! ("1% of carrier earnings for 30 days, with $500 cap") I am now also Affiliates with a modernized factoring company. I get paid my first referral fee on Tuesday. And that's also how I'm going to help solve my buddy's factoring issue, while also collecting another $250. Relationships lead to Access which lead to Opportunities. Final destination 👉🏿Money. I started this course last year, but hadn't discovered Dispatching until after I had already broke myself buying a truck. So when it was ready to roll, I had no choice but to drive it, which was a horrible chaotic nightmare. Then after selling the truck, I was so sick of it all that I went back to selling cars, after 25 years. That was extremely Time consuming with very little profit. So in retrospect, I realized that Truck Dispatching really is the move for me, and I would not even consider going anywhere besides back to the Gill Brothers. So here I am..
