Been sick since Friday but coughing like no one’s business. lol
Morning reminders.
1. Start your morning on a good note. 2. Everyday is different. 3. Have a good positive heart. 4. You are capable. 5. You can go at your own pace. 6. You are allowed to take time to yourself when needed. 7. You are allowed to take breaks. 8. You are stronger than you think. 9. The same good you see in others is within you too. 10. Trust yourself, the journey you are on and that things get better. 11. It's ok to have days where the only thing you do is breathe. 12. Make time for yourself and take breaks. Have a good morning/day today try your best stay positive.
