While conversion rate gives a clear picture of how well a campaign is performing, CLV helps in understanding the long-term value of acquired customers, which is crucial for sustainable growth. Also, keeping an eye on click-through rates (CTR) and cost per acquisition (CPA) allows for more efficient budget allocation and performance optimization.
