LinkedIn Boolean Search Strings That Actually Work
Most people search LinkedIn like they're googling pizza places. They type "marketing manager" and wonder why they get 50,000 irrelevant results or miss the perfect opportunities hiding in plain sight. Boolean search strings are specific combinations of keywords, quotes, and operators that tell LinkedIn exactly what you want. They work for anyone who needs to find precise job openings, hiring managers, or companies without wading through noise. They work because they leverage LinkedIn's search algorithm the way it was designed to be used. Instead of fighting the system, you're speaking its language. This means you see opportunities others miss and spend less time scrolling through irrelevant posts. Try this today: search for your target role using quotes around the exact title, then add AND followed by your location in quotes. For example: "Product Manager" AND "San Francisco" AND "hiring". Access The Jobfather Vault for complete Boolean search templates: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VNSXejqCQ_aWUPqOQ25Y-McJQzZjDpZW What Boolean combinations have you tried, and which ones actually delivered results you could act on?

Hi Jermaine, thank you for this. I tried one for "people operations specialist" "Winnipeg" "hiring". and it actually worked really closely compared to the results i got when I tried people operations specialist alone in the past. I will be using this going forward
