35 contributions to Enneagram: Living from Essence
What Is the Enneagram?
A quick tease for the weekend. Many people think of the Enneagram as a personality typing system. It can certainly help us understand our patterns, habits, motivations, and blind spots. But its deeper purpose is something more profound. The Enneagram describes nine ways that human beings lose contact with their essential nature. Each type represents a particular way we forget or become disconnected from a fundamental quality of Being. Our personality then develops as an attempt to navigate life from that perceived disconnection. The good news is that what has been forgotten has not been lost. By understanding our type structure and working compassionately with it, we can begin to loosen our identification with old patterns and rediscover the qualities that have always been present beneath our personality. Over the coming weeks, I'll be sharing the Enneagram not simply as a system of personality types, but as a path toward greater awareness, freedom, and living from Essence.

Very interesting. Going to jump right in and give the assessment a try
Something new is brewing
Hi all, I've been pretty absent the past month. My other water business completely swallowed me up, and then we went on vacation to Mexico! Everything is really good. It's just taken up every second of my available time, leaving very little space to interact here. I'm actively working on a plan to hire someone and free myself back up. At the same time, I'm doubling down on a 3–5 year path toward some goals over there, which would likely involve exiting the business at the end of that journey. That requires my time and attention right now. I still have a few coaching clients outside of this group, and I'm going to intentionally limit the growth of that for the time being as well. So what do I do with this Skool community that would still be fun for me, a light lift, and contribute to supporting others on their growth journey? I've decided to start sharing the Enneagram here. I've spent nearly a decade studying it from a variety of teachers and traditions, and it's been one of the most valuable maps I've found for understanding ourselves and the patterns that shape our lives. I can say the day I learned about the Enneagram was a pivot point in my life that can not be undone. I see the world in the patterns within the system. I want to keep it simple. Not my full on in depth unfolding / coaching work. I'll share what I know and keep this group very basic and an easy lift for everyone each week. I'd love to hear what you'd like to learn as I bring pieces to the system here. Grateful for you all.

1st 100 Members Gift - Premium Offer
To show support for what you all have done to build this community here is my above and beyond offer as a show of thanks. My premium offer is Next Level Circles - It is yours for free. A small group of founders, meeting regularly (lets create what regular looks like), each bringing something real from their business or life. Not to get more advice or more strategies. But to slow down enough to actually see what’s going on and shift how you’re showing up inside of it. You bring a challenge that actually matters to you. We work with it together. And you leave different, not just with ideas, but with a new way of relating to it. This is where growth stops being something you force and starts being something you step into. Let me know if you want in and I will invite you. Let's start making this real together. This offer expires on 4/1 when the price becomes $97, then $297 per month on 5/1. For you all it is $0 per month.

🚀 An Important Shift for the Community
Over the last few months this space has been called Moonshot Unfolding Community. That name reflected a big part of my work, helping people step into deeper versions of themselves and pursue meaningful goals. As this community has grown, something became clearer to me. At the core of who I am, I’m both an entrepreneur and a coach. I’ve spent years building businesses in the real world while also dedicating my life to understanding how humans grow, develop, and unfold into their full capacity. The work I do with leaders has never been just about strategy. It's about developing the person who is building the business. Because when the founder grows, everything grows with them: • their leadership • their decision making • their teams • their companies • and ultimately their impact So I made the decision to rename this space to Next Level Founders. This name captures the intersection of what this community is really about: Entrepreneurs who have already built something real and are ready to grow themselves into the next level of leadership, clarity, and impact. When they grow, their business grows. We’ll still talk about simliar things, and building meaningful things together. But the deeper focus will always be the same - developing the founder or business owner. Because the next level of your business almost always requires the next level of you. I’m excited about this direction and grateful to everyone who is part of this community. This is just the next level! — Brad

What was said to the Rose - Rumi
What was said to the rose that made it open was said to me here in my chest. What was told the cypress that made it strong and straight, what was whispered the jasmine so it is what it is, whatever made sugarcane sweet, whatever was said to the inhabitants of the town of Chigil in Turkestan that makes them so handsome, whatever lets the pomegranate flower blush like a human face, that is being said to me now. I blush. Whatever put eloquence in language, that’s happening here. The great warehouse doors open; I fill with gratitude, chewing a piece of sugarcane, in love with the one to whom every that belongs! -Rumi Drop your favorite poem below.
