You can now build production ready UIs just by talking Claude Design proved it But Open Design made it open source It generates full UIs, wireframes, landing pages, and interactive prototypes from a conversation No FigmaNo design teamNo weeks of iteration The interesting part is that Open Design runs locally You can connect models like Claude, Gemini, or Codex through your own API keys and existing coding agents It also ships with built in design systems, file access, exports, MCP support, and workflow automation The output quality is surprisingly close to Claude Design Sometimes better because you're not locked into a single ecosystem If you're building solo or with a small team, Open Design is worth testing

"No Figma. No design team. No weeks of iteration." That's the pitch that's going to kill a lot of freelance design work. Running it locally with your own API keys is also a big plus for anyone working with sensitive client data.

Finally some transparency from Anthropic. Would be interesting to see if they actually increase the weekly limits or just keep rebalancing where the pain point hits. Thanks for keeping us updated Robert.

Welcome Alvin! Everyone starts as a rookie. Best thing about this community is you can learn fast by just watching what others are building and asking questions.
How I Book 13 Meetings in a Day with Just 966 Emails (No Guesswork)
Generic pitches don’t work anymore. You’re emailing busy business owners — they don’t care what you do. They care about what’s wrong on their end. Here's what works now: Scrape any business from platforms like Yelp, BokaDirect, TruePeopleSearch, Apollo, IG & more Verify every email before hitting send Run full audits on their site (SEO, UX, mobile, speed, performance, all of it) Write laser-personalized emails based on their actual problems No website? It still writes an email based on that specific gap Sends 2-3 automated but smart follow-ups Updates CRM logs — hands-free So instead of 10,000 generic blasts and hoping for 10 replies... You're sending 966 sniper shots and booking 13 meetings. No manual effort. No scraping costs. Just results. Proof? Here’s what happened in yesterday’s campaign. It's not theory. It’s already working — for me and many other agencies.

1.34% meeting rate on cold email is actually solid when you're doing full site audits for personalization. That extra research effort is what separates replies from ignores. The SEO/UX audit email angle especially hits different — business owners can't ignore someone who already found a real problem.
Your AI Coding Agent Is Wasting Tokens
Most AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex reread the same files every new session On large projects, that burns tokens fast and gets expensive I recently tested Graphify, and the idea is pretty smart Instead of making the AI repeatedly scan hundreds of files, Graphify builds a knowledge graph of your codebase once After that, the agent can navigate the graph directly instead of rereading everything again A few things worth knowing: - Works best on bigger repos, around 200+ files - Supports code, docs, SQL, scripts, images, and more - Automatically updates with git hooks - Open source and community-driven One thing though: don’t believe the “70x token reduction” claims In real projects, ~8% to 20% savings is more realistic Still useful if you use AI coding tools daily Setup is straightforward: 1. Install uv 2. Run uv tool install graphify 3. Inside your project, run /graphify or if you are non-technical just tell your Claude Code to install this GRAPHIFY If you work on large codebases with AI agents every day, this is worth trying

Build the graph once, navigate forever — that's a genuinely different approach. I've been burning tokens on large repos doing exactly what you described. Going to check out Graphify, the concept makes total sense especially for multi-agent setups.
