What motivates you to post?
You've been active on LinkedIn a while. It's been ups and downs... Seeing other grow faster than you, seeing your own posts flop at times... What motivates you to not give up?

Haha. Honestly I discussed something similar with someone in the DMs about this. I have been posting for more than a year (not daily though). I checked my post from about 3 months ago and it had tons of engagements. While one from last week had 10. Pretty weird considering you only improve over time, right...I mean, in writing LinkedIn posts. So it's so weird to see the consistent drop in impressions over the past 7 weeks for me when it's the opposite for lots of new creators hitting 100k Impressions after 3 months of posting. But maybe that's what kills the fun out of it. Comparison. I won't say I don't have days where I wonder why it flops consistently and compare, but I've learned to move on most times. I move on by letting it all out in writing (or talking) I believe it'll get better for you. Sometimes the best motivation can be talking with someone about it
