Alhamdulillah, I just lost a 5-lac/month client
Because sometimes, losing the wrong client saves you from losing yourself. Two months ago, I signed a high-ticket client. On paper, it looked amazing — great numbers, huge retainer, solid opportunity. But here’s the truth… That client taught me more about boundaries, clarity, and self-respect than any “win” ever could. I shared a full breakdown of: - what went wrong, - what I learned, and - what YOU need to understand before saying yes to money that’s not worth the stress. Sometimes a blessing comes disguised as a loss. Alhamdulillah for the lessons, the growth, and the clarity. If you’re building your freelance or agency journey, this one is for you.

My First little win 🏆
I recently participated in a mobile application tournament. It was a 2-hour challenge where we had to build a mobile app within the given time. Many participants were in groups, but I decided to work alone. When I finished my app and looked at what others had made, I honestly felt a bit upset and thought my app might not rank well. But last Thursday, I received a call from my institute telling me that my app had won the tournament. This Saturday, I attended the award ceremony, where I received a certificate and a cash prize equivalent to $36, which means a lot to me. Through this experience, I learned many new things, gained confidence, and this win has motivated me to keep learning and building more apps. Grateful for the journey and excited for what’s next 🙌

🛏️ Sleep Log Slept at: 3:50 a.m. Woke up at: 12:50 p.m. 🔔 Daily Reminders - Do so much work, it would be unreasonable for you to fail. - For nothing will be impossible with God. - Until Death, all defeat is psychological. ⌛ Time Stamps Of The Day 3:50 a.m. - 12:50 p.m. = Slept. 12:50 p.m. - 2:20 p.m. = Woke up, freshened up, had breakfast, had discussions with family, and got ready for the office. 2:20 p.m. - 2:40 p.m. = Traveled to the office. 2:40 p.m. - 10:10 p.m. = Office. 10:10 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. = Traveled back home, freshened up, had discussions with brother, and had dinner. 11:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m. = Engaged in the community, handled some office work, recorded a year end video of myself, watched fireworks, welcomed the new year, attended Haroon Bhai’s live session, and watched Ozair Bhai’s lectures inside Karvaan. 1:30 a.m. - 4:00 a.m. = Had dinner, long discussions with family, lights went off, and then went to bed. ✅ Reflection Of The Day Alhumdulillah, the last day of 2025 went really well. The day started with me going to the office earlier because I wanted to get back home early for the New Year. Since the season is off and clients are not very active, we mostly spent time talking, playing ludo, and enjoying each other’s company at the office, which honestly felt really good. After coming back home, I watched the fireworks (I don't really enjoy them, but I watched anyway since there was nothing else planned at that moment). Just before 12 am, I recorded myself for a year end video, and before going to bed, I spent a lot of time in family gossip, laughter, and conversations, and that made the day even better. Overall, it was a really good and peaceful day. Alhumdulillah. P.S. Posting this journal quite late as I am busy with weddings. I am recording my journals regularly, but I am not able to upload them on time.
