I'm lost .......
Hey everyone, hope you're all doing okay. It's been a long time since I wrote something on this community, but I'd love to share what's going on. The last time I wrote, I mentioned that I'd been meditating every day and it was going really well — I was feeling great. But after that, things kind of broke down. I got into some bad habits, including binge eating, and I stopped working out because I don't have time for the gym anymore. Here's where I'm at: I'm twenty years old, currently working at a dispatch company, and I want to start my own business as a dispatcher for American trucking companies. Right now, though, I feel kind of lost. I'm doing my job, I'm working on my business, but at home I catch myself scrolling — sometimes it's productive scrolling related to work, but a lot of the time it's just watching videos, listening to music, and losing time. So I guess my question is: does everyone go through phases like this? Does everyone feel lost or frustrated when they're just starting out? I'd love to hear from people who've been through this and came out the other side successful. I'd also really appreciate some guidance from anyone in the American trucking industry — even just help understanding the space better as I try to get this off the ground. Thank you all so much, and I'd genuinely appreciate any words of advice from anyone.

Looking for someone into business
Hey everyone, hope you all are doing okay. I'm here to ask for a favor from the community. I am looking for someone who is into business, who is doing business. I want to understand how it feels in the starting of a business, how it feels when it's your first business, and how you can spread the word or market your business as someone who does not have anything in the pocket but only the product he is making. That would be really good if someone reaches me out and just sends me a personal text and helps me out with understanding because I cannot pay right now. I'm hoping just for some help to understand how things work in the beginning, how, as a non-technical founder of a company, I can make things work,what are my responsibilities , how I can just spread the word, and we can just expand everything. If someone just helps me out it will be really good too and will be very big advice.

Need Help
Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well. Actually I need some help today, that's why I'm here. The thing is that I'm a 20-year-old who is just getting into his life, who is just getting towards betterment. The thing I want to ask is that if we go one year back, I was a person who used to stay all day at home scrolling videos on his phone, scrolling Instagram, YouTube, all the time, reels and stuff like this, no nothing productive. From the start of this year, or you can say after two or three months in this year, I started getting into meditation. I started getting into book reading. I'm going to complete my second book right now and I have got a job. It's been one and a half months since I got my job and I still sometimes slip a little but it's not like scrolling all the time. It's like I just don't want to do the productive stuff. I don't want to learn something and I just keep on listening to some music or at the most I just keep on doing something related to my job. I just want to ask some people who understand or who have been through my stage: am I improving or how I can do more and more productive stuff and how I can increase my focus on one thing? The most important thing I want to know is that am I really improving or am I just stuck?

Can't join the live session
Hey everyone, hope you all are doing well. Actually the reason for writing this post is that, due to my job, I wasn't able to attend Jim Ebbelaar's five-day challenge live Zoom call. I just want to ask if there's any way or if it's possible that I can get its recording by any chance so that I can watch it and know what it was. It was during my job hours and I wasn't allowed to leave my job so it would be really great if I get a recording of it or if I just know what it is or how I can join it or what the status is.

My Journey
Hey everyone, hope you all are doing okay. Well it's me again and I just want to share how I started my meditation journey and how it is going right now. I started my meditation journey when it was just something random to me. Random in a way that I never did something like this ever in my life and I wanted to experience how it feels to just sit down and focus on your breathing. I started it on 19th of February and I started doing it for 5 minutes daily. The thing there is discipline and consistency. I did it every day without even breaking or leaving it once. When I started it was messy. I can't focus and I used to think about a lot of things but I let my thoughts move around my head and whenever I get a chance I just start telling my brain to focus on my breathing style so it just went and went and went. After some time, like after 20 or 25 days, I started decreasing the time because I feel like that 5 minutes was a lot for me so I started doing it for 2 minutes and I'm still doing it till now for 2 minutes. The thing that matters here is consistency that I have been doing it every day. In the starting it was messy. In the middle I used to be like "fear" a lot, like if I close my eyes something will happen to me or something will come near me or stuff like this. It just went away with time. It still comes but it went away when I start focusing. A very beautiful thing I have been noticing from two or three days is that whenever I'm meditating, even if it's some loud noise around me, I can still feel my breathing. I can still hear my breathing so the thing is that I notice. The thing is that consistency matters even if it's what 10 minutes daily, even if it's for 1 hour daily, even if it's for 2 hours daily. The thing is that consistency matters. Do it every day even if it's difficult; do it and do it. If you are trying to leave social media, leave it and be consistent with it. Okay just open it up once a week or twice a week and then again leave it. If you're trying to reset your dopamine, start eating good, start going to the gym, get a job. If you just are a lazy person who's at home all the time, start meditating, start journaling, and just start getting better. Man, you will see a difference but you have to delay gratification. If you can not delay gratification, you can not get successful in these things, in my opinion.
