MEDITATION
Hey everyone Hope you all are doing well I think as a person having ADHD. The best habit you can involve in your life is meditation If you meditate before sleeping. You may see a big difference in your sleep . You may start getting better sleep and I think if you meditate after waking up before even checking your phone . You may have a better insight as you have started your day with yourself instead of going on your phone and looking up at people's life So.. I think meditation is really important to know your self and important to start being peaceful and live a better life Add your comments . What do you all think?

Knowing more about ADHD
Hey Everyone..... Hope you all are doing well. That's my first time writing something ever on social media . I don't know but sometimes I just feel like if you don't know about ADHD. You may never think about it and the life keeps on going You may keep on working the same way you work on daily basis. You may never overthink or even think about it but as soon as you come to know about it You start feeing a little pressure I guess which everyone feels but maybe not {who knows } but so yeah the thing is that its good to know at sometimes that you have ADHD so you may know how you can make your life better while having it That's it from my side . I just always wanted to write something on social media but never got a chance but today I just thought to test the water and I hope things go well

MAKE YOURSELF CALM DOWN
One thing that worked for me is that just do the thing without even thinking even if your brain tells you that its useless . you will notice that once you do that you will start getting better and you will start procrastinating lesser and lesser . Another that works is to just keep moving even if the days are not going good and do the important habits even if you are not feeling to do them ..... Hope it helps someone . Please do add your thoughts that what do you think about it ? πŸ˜‡
