Are you responding to leads fast enough?
Quick question How fast are you actually responding to new leads? Not “same day”… I mean within minutes. Because most leads go cold fast, and whoever responds first usually wins the deal. I’ve been building AI setups that: – respond instantly – qualify leads – book appointments automatically Not selling anything—just curious… Do you feel like your current setup is fast enough, or leads are slipping through?

Honestly I try to keep it pretty simple. First thing is just responding fast (like within seconds), then I feel them out on a few things: – how soon they’re trying to move – if they’re actually serious or just browsing – budget/financing From there it either books them straight into a call/showing, or just keeps following up if they’re not ready yet Biggest thing I’ve noticed is most people just lose leads from slow replies or no follow-up

@John David yeah nothing crazy tbh i just try to hit them fast… like as soon as they come in then i kinda feel it out are they actually trying to move or just looking what’s their timeline and if they even have budget figured out if they’re serious i just get them on a call and a showing asap if not i just keep following up here and there most people don’t even lose leads from bad sales… they just reply too late or don’t follow up
